   There was no one at the front to seat us. Had to call the restaurant to get anyone to seat us. The meal was on the same level as Wendy's. Did not have the appetizers we wanted. Very hard to find and get to. Not worth the drive or the price.

   Incredible view. Decent food. Weak on service. Lovely ambiance. Music was blaring. Many Patrons occupied handicapped parking without adequate placards. It appears to be poor management with too few employees.

   Food is great! Service needs improvement. This is the 3rd time now that part of order was forgotten. Patrons in bathing suits playing music on their phone and loud children bouncing golf balls and running wild on the putting green below took away from the great place.

   We used to love coming here! The waitstaff was killer and the food was always on point. Now we rarely choose to eat here because the service is pretty terrible....make a reservation...seated immediately, but ignored until our entire group was there which about 20 mins. Had to ask for a server after everyone arrived. We would've loved drinks and apps while we were waiting. Really wish they could get this figured out, but until they do we'll avoid!

   We made a reservation for 7 and were seated almost immediately upon our arrival. Upon being seated, we placed our orders within 10 minutes, so far, so good. We then waited over 1 hour for our meals to arrive. Unacceptable. The Grille did recognize the problem and did graciously provide a good discount to our bill. The overall quality of the food was fair. Arrived a bit on the cool side. Not quite as tasty as anticipated.

   We ate here twice during our stay, and both times we had a reservation. Still, it took 15 minutes just to be acknowledged and another 5 to be seated. The ladies were friendly enough, it just seemed they were overwhelmed. The service to take our order was slow and the food coming out slower. I enjoyed my food fine, but others in our party were disappointed due to lack of flavor and being over cooked.

   It was during spring break, so it was pretty busy and getting food was slow. Staff was great and the atmosphere/view is incredible. Food is pretty good, but not amazing.

    Always ask about the specials! The menu items are really great, but the specials can be even better! We had lobster bisque soup, which was not on the menu, which is fabulous, and also had a New York strip with shrimp and cilantro, which is also special it was the best meal I’ve had in years.

    I ordered fish and chips. The fish was ordinary at best. The fries were coated, not fresh cut. The ambiance outside on the deck was enjoyable, and the service was good.

    Experience was terrible. Arrived for a reservation with no tables ready. Waited almost 20 minutes to be sat for a table in the back. While waiting another party that had come in after us was sat. After 30 minutes we were sat, and it took about another 20 to order.

    We have lived in Hurricane a year and we weren’t aware of this hidden gem. Looking forward to dining here again! The view is unbeatable. We dined between lunch and dinner so it wasn’t busy at all.
