Valentines Eve dinner was just average. The expectation was for fine dining for this event and just didn't feel that way. No table cloths, wait staff were wearing casual t-shirts and looked rather unprofessional. The surf and turf portion was small and the filet was over cooked. Food was warm not hot and the blue cheese-stuffed olives in my gin martini were very small. We were looking forward to visiting a restaurant we once really enjoyed in the past but it is not the same...We will not be returning.

The menu was awful, the original menu had been replaced with their pub menu. UGH we were looking for a special evening, total bust.

It was our 40th anniversary. Albeit the menu was limited, the food was delicious and presentation was lovely. Katy was an excellent server and had a good personality.

Top notch in all respects. Nice, upscale but not stuffy restaurant with delicious steaks (which we always get when we come here). Cocktails are strong and good. Our server was friendly, efficient, and helped me with the rewards app — so I got $25 off my bill because it was my birthday.

When you goto an upper scale Steak House, you expect all of your food to be prepared to higher level. When our food came to the table there was not one thing on the plate that was hot. All the food came out luke warm at best. The flavor of the food was good, just not served hot. When you are paying that kind of money for a dinner, you expect a better presentation of food. I probably will not return to that restaurant again.

First-time visit. Had been to the Kirby House before; didn't realize until recently that The Grill Room existed. An amazing place for a wonderful meal and romance. Very quiet and intimate--completely different from the Kirby House.
