   We usually like Kirby but the hostess staff at the front seemed stressed and they were a bit rude to us. So we left.

   Every one of our steaks was grilled to perfection. The sides were huge servings and very tasty. The service was top notch and Peyton took excellent care of our needs. The manager came out and asked us how everything was before we left. We will definitely recommend anyone to stop by to see and taste for themselves.

   5 of us plus a baby gathered for a holiday meal. We had a lovely table with excellent service. The menu is abbreviated, but all the dinners were good, from the filet to salmon to the Salisbury steak special. I especially enjoyed the half wedge salad and Brussels sprouts appetizer.

   With the introduction of local competition for higher-end dining in the area I would have expected the Grill Room to retain the quality they had 10 years ago. The restaurants with consistent, high quality, fresh food are booked. This restaurant was not booked and we found out why. Unfortunate.

   This was a very disappointing experience. From the quality of food (taste), to the service (slow), to the ambience (a large, open room with the people in the next booth talking on their SPEAKER phone), to the price ($120+ for two meals and drinks), the entire evening was a letdown.

    My husband and I had a lovely evening at the grill room. Our server did a wonderful job. We enjoyed our dinners. We enjoyed seeing members of the management team. Long time friends. Thrilled the grill room is open again.
