Welcome to The Grayson, home of fabulous dinners and parties on St. Stephen’s Green since 1745.

Overlooking Dublin’s most famous city park, the stunning ivy covered Georgian building at No. 41 St. Stephen’s Green has a rich and illustrious history.

The Grayson serves lunch from 12 – 3pm, dinner from 4pm - 9:45pm, and Weekend Brunch.

Entering a brand new chapter as The Grayson, the building has been carefully restored to highlight its original features, protect its structure, whilst adding a fresh, bright and comfortable feel making it the ultimate backdrop for a date night, group dinners or celebrating a special occasion.

Disappointed – Not Worth the Hype I booked this restaurant for a special birthday lunch after seeing great reviews, but the experience was underwhelming. Despite noting the occasion, there were no special touches, no candle, dessert, or even a simple acknowledgment. The booking process was frustrating too. Even after reserving via OpenTable, I had to confirm multiple times via SMS and phone, which felt outdated and inconvenient. Service was inflexible. I asked to swap goat cheese for Parmesan in the apricot salad and was told no. We also ordered a medium-rare steak, but it came out medium-well. Overall, the food was mediocre and didn’t match the hype. I won’t be returning.

Servers were, once again, exceptional. And the food was amazing! The French Toast is The Bomb!!

Service and food were pass and at best. Having a brunch menu at 14.00 is a bit nuts. Ordered avocado toast and poached eggs were stone cold. Staff were friendly but were nowhere to be seen for most of our time there. We will definitely not be returning.
