The Grand Marlin Restaurant features a main dining area with a shucked to order oyster bar, exterior North Drop Bar overlooking Grand Lagoon, and private meeting rooms. This Panama City Beach restaurant, with an air of island casualness, serves the highest-quality cuisine, including the freshest local seafood featured on menus designed and printed daily to take advantage of the local bounty. The atmosphere creates a fusion of the Caribbean and the Panama City Beach Area. Corporate Executive Chef Gregg McCarthy has a passion for great-tasting food and particularly loves working his culinary magic with fresh Gulf Coast seafood.                                                                                       We had a reservation and were sat immediately upon arrival. Our waitress was very attentive and knowledgeable. Everything we ordered was delicious and was served promptly. We ordered raw gulf oysters for an appetizer and the tuna meal was reported as the best he had ever had. I went with my favorite of the grouper piccata.

The raw oysters and she crab soup were both excellent We ordered the swordfish was 10/10. The yellowfin tuna was really good however after 2 attempts the potatoes and fish were still room temperature at best.( I believe it may have been the Aujus that brought the temperature down. Still a great meal. It was late close to closing time and our server Tim was GREAT, he insisted the first plate was returned for another attempt.

                                                                                      We sat up stairs in the open air part of the restaurant overlooking the marina. It was a beautiful, cool evening with an amazing sunset. Our waiter Chris, was so cute and has a great personality. He happens to be from the same place we are from so we got off to a great start! He recommended the fried blue crab legs which were outstanding. All the food we ordered was fresh and high quality. We will definitely be back to the Grand Marlin on our next trip to PCB.☀️🏖️🌊🐠
