    Food here was amazing. Everyone who was at our dinner booking loved their meal. Service was quick and the wait staff very friendly. Highly recommended.

    Great pub, great service. Overall food good but they changed one of the best steak sandwiches around, going with pesto instead of tomato relish... 😔

    Lovely dining experience. Disappointing that we were unable to purchase a coffee after lunch, we have never come across that in all of our hotel dining.

    The menu on paper reads incredibly well. I ordered a korma vegetable curry pie and whilst initial appearances looked promising; the meal itself was less than enjoyable. The flavours of the curry didn't not blend well, and the amount of dressing applied to the accompanying salad was appalling (it's as if someone had simply poured too much dressing from a bottled dressing). Based on this experience I would not be willing to dine there again. That said, the person who attended to our table did an outstanding job.

    Great food and service but disappointed with an obnoxiously loud group that was placed next to us that had been moved from another eating area. They had clearly outstayed their welcome but were accommodated another area to sit right next to us. Cut our night short for sure.

    I got charged 65$ for a glass of wine. I tried to argue with this (she sold me bottle price) and took a long time to get through to her that she had proved me incorrectly.

    We eat at the grand each fortnight for the last 15 yrs. entrees and main arrived at once after being told otherwise. had to ask staff where meals were after 20 mins, meals arrived 10 mins later. food was worst in 15 yrs. Clear it had been sitting under lamps for too long. we'll be back but disappointed and missed tbe mark this time. cheers B
