Had reservations for 4. Got there and ordered drinks. Those took 20 minutes to arrive. Ordered apps. Those did come out in a timely manner. They were okay.... Our waiter was non attentive and did not properly bus our table. After waiting over an hour for our enterees and going to the bar to order a second round of drinks; we decided to cancel our order and leave. And the restaurant was not busy at all. Overall, a really unpleasant experience..... and to top it off, no apology was given.....

Dont even think about going here! MY DAUGHTER WANTED TO TRY Boudan so we went here. Fried shrimp a d oysters were so overcooked they were almost inedible. Service was ok but food was extremely poor, should not have even been 1 star , my impression is they are about to go out of business

Our waiter was great: funny, helpful and very very kind. The kitchen however, took very long to prepare our food. Despite the delay, it tasted great. We went on Mardi Gras.

Unsure if it was because it was Mardi Gras or if service is always lacking but I would not recommend this place is you're pressed for time. Our reservation was at 7:30, we arrived at 7:25 & were seated by then. The waitress who doubled as bartender took our order within 10 minutes but the orders did not arrive until 7:59. I put in a to go order at 8:10 and received the bill at 8:38 but did not get our food until 8:50. From 7:30 to 8:50 and all we ordered was a burger, a shrimp platter, and fried alligator! The dining area was not crowded but maybe there wasn't enough staff, I don't know. What I do know is the food was good, just not worth the wait. AND we were barely checked on.

Granted it was Mardi Gras evening but it seemed like everything was in slow motion. The food was so so. The blackened fish was dry. Brussel sprouts were burnt not roasted. Definitely felt over priced for the quality and quantity
