The wait for our reservation was too long- The food was good, but not the steak. Wagu bites were good. The ambience is nice. No Ariel dancers, just a fire dancer, which we waited 30 mins for our reservation- and the fire dancer was right by our empty table - so we missed that. And then were seated. What a bummer- we had a birthday celebration and mentioned that on reservation… and they didn’t even celebrate it… auto gratuity- caused the service to be blan, and still get paid well. For a table of 10, our bill per person/ couple was slightly over $200 or $300 and you can imagine the tips server received for under delivering… maybe she had a bad day… but that shouldn’t reflect on our celebration dinner with friends and family. Next day asked how much it was, and I was blown away… I had 2 drinks. And the Bao bites and my husband had the steak. My husband had 3 beers. He told me he had 5 of my drinks on the receipt… I only had one cotton candy to try for fun, and was charged 3 as well as a drink my friend bought me, I was also double charged for… because I was holding a new drink… smh… but just blown by the multiple incidents in one evening… smh…

I felt like was eating at a mortuary and my server was the mortician. The vibe at this restaurant was terrible and the food very average at best. Very high priced for what you get. The food was very garlicky and salty throughout. I would never return.

Not a friendly hostess, service was ok, the food was not great. My wife had the mahi mahi and it was terribly dry. The Brussels had no salt or flavor. Calamari obviously came out of a bag. I would not go back here.

Everything was fine until dessert. Peach Creme Brulee was too salty to the point that it was inedible. Wife and I tried two bites, and asked the waiter about it. I asked him about exchanging it for a different dessert but he said he couldn't do that. I wanted to speak with the manager, but my wife asked me to not make it into a big deal. I am used to restaurants making things right when there is a mistake with the food. The Glen doesn't have this same view of customer service. I won't return because of this. A single desert is pocket change after a full meal with appetizers and drinks so I don't understand why they wouldn't offer to exchange it with a different item.

The restaurant itself was very nice and the drinks were amazing, but the food was incredibly disappointing. We are not foodies so we are easy to please, but it was pretty bad, especially for the price. Sadly.

We went on a Wednesday for a date night and because it was Wednesday it wasn’t overly crowded and the noise level was great. The hostess was very nice and very friendly and seated us immediately. Our server was Bella and she was beyond outstanding! She was excited to be there and when we asked for suggestions she didn’t hesitate and we ordered what she suggested, Oysters Rockefeller, Brussel sprouts, Chilean sea bass and the short rib. Kudos to the chef and staff as everything was perfect, especially my date!!

Decor is beautiful! We were seated around the tree, which I read other reviews saying they have to many tables, and I’ll have to agree. The tables were to close together and lowered the overall experience. Although our server was nice and the food was good! The drinks were pretty sweet but overall still cute and good!

First time dining at The Glen - the service was outstanding. The drinks and food were expensive but worth it for a special occasion. The Beef Bites as an appetizer was outstanding and the Chorizo Creme Corn Brulee was fantastic as a side dish to share. Highly recommend trying both of these. We had the 14 oz Prime Ribeye and 8 oz Filet Mignon and both were cooked perfectly but on the expensive side. Overall worth a visit.

The Glen was a good experience however I do feel the food is overpriced. The performer was entertaining and the pretty photo ops in the front were nice. I enjoyed my experience but do not feel I need to go back intentionally. I recommend everyone try it at least once.
