Was really disappointed with our visit for a graduation meal. Waited 30 minutes for dirty table to be cleared of old glasses, other tables who arrived after us were served before us. Waited 90 minutes from when we arrived to being served food. Two of the burgers were extremely burnt like they had been on a bbq all day. Then one burger came out with salad on despite asking for no salad and brought back two minutes later, assumed allergies are not taken into account and salad scraped off. The nachos were served like a dogs dinner. Half of the cutlery in the tin were dirty. We asked for ketchup (no condiments offered) and was brought a bottle with barely any in, was fit for the bin. Asked for jug of water to go with meal, water was luke warm and we were given tiny shot glasses to drink out of. Girl who served us was lovely and explained there was only two people working. Considering your location and the fact it's graduation week, that sounds like an instant stress for the staff and let down to customers trying to have a good meal. Our of 4 meals, not one was enjoyed as they would have seen when pretty much full plates were left. The jug of cocktails tasted like diluting juice. The only good part was the two passion fruit cocktails and the lemon cocktail. Extremely disappointed with the whole meal

First visit, we had to wait 5 minutes for our table. We ordered drinks at the bar , we were seated and drinks were brought to the table, our order was wrong. We then ordered our foor which i would described as tasty but our order was wrong, we were minus a side order of chips, we were assured they would be brought right out. We were finished our food and still no chips. We cancelled them when our plates were being cleared away. Price was reasonable, but we wouldnt hurry back.

Booked online and even phoned on morning of booking to adjust numbers of party. Fortunately they had a table for us but not professional. Waitress service was good, lovely pleasant girl but food average. Sorry will not be returning in near future.

Very disappointed with food, I had honey chicken burger which was over fried and too spicy with a mountain of chips! Also asked for a bottle of wine it took to a 3rd choice (dearest bottle) before they had any in stock! The server was very nice but did not say anything when removing my nearly full plate

We were seated downstairs but then forgotten about. We had two small children with us but were given 4 adult menus. Someone finally came to take our order then we waited 50 minutes for our food to be brought to our table. We had the DCA cinema booked - by the time the food came we had 10 minutes to eat. Others who ordered after us appeared to get their food first. The food itself was lovely but we all had to leave lots because there was no time to eat! The music downstairs was ridiculously loud and we found it hard to hear each other.
