   Food was absolutely excellent. Unfortunately, the man serving our table was too occupied talking to the couple next to us. He went over and chatted several times and stayed a long time. Glad a gal came to clear our plates, and manager brought us our bill. I think this man needs to be reminded he is there to serve the customers. We did tip him 20%, though felt it was warranted. We love this place though. Hopefully next time we get a different server.

   We spent $260 for two adults and two kids, (Without bottomless champagne although my husband could have used that when he saw the bill!) which is pretty pricey for the average family who eats an average amount. The food was good overall, nothing spectacular. Buffet included an omelet station, prime rib, (Mine was ant the end of the cut of meat, last two slices and was a little overcooked and fatty,) and small pasta station, fresh fruit, (Which was not good, pineapple and strawberries weren’t ripe and watermelon tasted bad also.) There were a few pastries, a waffle bar, French toast and also some small crab legs, (Didn’t eat those,) shrimp, (Med size, good quality,) and sushi, (Salmon sashimi tasted fresh. That’s all we tried, ) and a crackers and cheese table. There was also a dessert table but we didn’t see the til on our way out, (It’s not near the other food,) so we missed that. Music was loud where we were seated, (Live band,) and the couple next to us was drunk, cussing and talking loudly on very politically heated topics of which we did not share the same view. But, I digress. It was uncomfortable for us and was impossible not to hear them despite us trying to mind our own business. But our server was so sweet and it was fairly busy so we didn’t ask to move tables. We should have. Not the restaurants fault, (Although maybe they should have been cutoff or asked to tone down- but people are crazy, so I get it.) Between that and the cost we wouldn’t go back. It was not that impressive and we could have eaten at Nobu for that price!

   Don’t Bother Anymore Do Not Go – Skip this formerly worthy destination! The Hilton Inverness Denver was one of the last great Sunday brunch opportunities in the Denver metro area. We have reservations this Sunday , and they just called us (six days before) to tell us that the brunch buffet will no longer be serving seafood (including crab legs), prime rib, sushi, or special entrees. The carving station “may” have turkey breast. The bagel station “may” have smoked salmon and will not have any other smoked fish varieties. The “may occasionally” have a fresh waffle station. One week before my wife’s birthday brunch, they called me to say that their buffet has been reduced to a glorified version of what you can find at a budget motel. We only went to the buffet once or twice a year, but it was a worthwhile destination. Here is our clear message to Hilton management: “You ruined the buffet, and we will not be back until it is restored. This buffet has gone from a don’t-miss to a why-bother with one phone call.”

   We were there for our anniversary. The wait staff were very attentive, looking out for us, and bringing us anything that we had forgotten to get at the buffet. The live jazz music was on point with their rendition of “Sonny“. The food offerings and preparation were impressive. We had a first class experience.

   Absolutely a wonderful buffet. I like that the last 2 times, they have added Clam Chowder Soup. The soup is excellent, and will definitely look to see if they have it. I just add a tad of Tabasco, as makes it so flavorful. I love the omelette station. I usually select the mini croissants and watermelon. I pair that withe the brie at the cheese station. Such wonderful selections you have. We are always most grateful for all of the staff that makes this visit so wonderful. We have booked another slot on Feb. 12 (to celebrate Valentine's Day). A perfect spot to go. Thanks!

   This used to be the most amazing Sunday brunch buffet. Now it’s nothing special. Fewer choices, lower quality. I was very disappointed.

   It wasn’t bad, but I felt I was at an Senior Citizen home. But I enjoyed the two old ladies celebrating a bday. Their waitress took extra special care for them. Helped them with their plate getting food etc. watch her help them made to place enjoyable. But no where near worth the amount of money!

    This brunch is always a great experience. It's a little pricey but well worth it. The selections are outstanding. They have done an excellent job in getting risotto perfect. Great selection of fresh oysters, of course the made to order omelets are always a hit. In my opinion if the desert bar wasn't there I wouldn't miss it, but if you need over 20 selections well there ya go.
