I’m only putting a 1 here because I can’t put a lower score than that. The staff are very lovely and the atmosphere is nice. However, the food and value for money here is actually unacceptable. I get it that expensive hotels in London have really high prices at their restaurants but I’m fine with paying that if the quality of the food and portion sizes warrant that. I ordered the Halibut which when I asked how big is it, the waiter showed a decent size with his hands. I ended up spending £34 for an about 5cm of fish give or take with 4 cherry tomatoes on a dish. This is actually unacceptable. The half chicken my friend bought - there is no half a chicken that size - I can’t express how overpriced and zero value for money this place is I’m actually quite shocked. You can have a fancy restaurant with decent food and portion sizes, that complete lack of effort is why I highly, strongly recommend to anyone considering going there - do not. You will get much better value elsewhere. Even in London. I’m actually shocked Open Table recommended this place to me. Was so embarrassed taking a visitor to London here.

We had such an excellent time. Came in for a late lunch (which stretched into an early dinner) and were made to feel very welcome. Despite our meal lasting nearly four hours, the staff ensured we never felt rushed. The service was some of the best I’ve experienced in the city. The Devon crab salad was light but substantial, the welcome drinks an excellent touch, and the table side tiramisu is not to be missed. We’ll certainly be back soon. Thank you!

Everyone and everything was exquisite. I had the Scottish Halibut which was perfect and don’t miss the tiramisu show…best I’ve ever had!

A wonderful experience to be in an enclosed outdoor courtyard in Westminster. We went for a late and leisurely lunch and it was great. Not cheap as you would expect for a hotel of this standard and the location but not exorbitant and well worth it. Would definitely consider going again for the right occasion.

A truly outstanding lunch, we felt as though we had been transported to Italy as the beautiful courtyard is lushly decorated with beautiful blooms, simply gorgeous. The new menu is fantastic, offering something for everyone, we had the Harrisa Cauliflower and Ratatouille and both were flavoursome and beautifully presented, indulged in the Tiramisu which is prepared at the table….the best ever! Service throughout was spot on, so friendly and helpful. This is a beautiful, unstuffy place to dine, highly recommend!

What a lovely spot for a spring lunch. Open to the air, filled with greenery, tables spaced far enough apart to enable discussions ... great food, superb service ... perfect location.

We had an absolutely excellent lunch. Service was friendly, warm and highly attentive but not overbearing. Probably not a kids restaurant but the team were simply lovely with my 6 year old daughter. Superb food. Impressive. We’ll be back!
