The Fox Hole is a two-level bar in the heart of Sydney's CBD, just a short stroll from Wynyard station. Inspired by a bar you may find in London, you enter the front door on the corner of Kent and Erskine Streets and forget the world outside.

Light, bright and airy, our Conservatory Bar on ground level plays host to The Fox Hole's weekend day times and after work drinks and dinner in the afternoon and evenings. You'll find delicious cocktails and more than 100 gins from all over the world.

THE CELLAR BAR – UNDERGROUND
Convict brickwork and exposed timber beams set the scene for a 19th century cellar converted into our favourite place to dine, drink wine and whisky. Our bartenders can guide you through more than 20 wines by the glass, dozens of different Whiskies and Rums; and enjoy the more than 100 gins.

Came for drinks on a Thursday night before a dinner res. Small space on street level about 6-7 tables, service was good and staff seemed friendly but as there weren’t many customers the conversations between the staff and their friends dominated the room and made it hard to hear my own conversation and felt quite awkward like we were intruding on them. Drinks were alright but nothing special, unsure if it was a staff member who wasn’t working that night or if she was a friend of the bartender who made our drinks.

Fantastic little wine and dine package. Every month there’s a different offering which is exceptional value. The venue itself is intimate & casual. The sommelier comes to your table and discusses the wine pairing for the two course meal which is nice. Would go again.

Service and cocktails were absolutely amazing, great little spot with downstairs being a favourite. Would love to make it a local in winter as it's snug, welcoming and drinks are brilliant.
