   Katherine was wonderful, and knowledgeable about the menu! Atmosphere was 10/10, cool decor, love the big windows, and the food was fantastic. Great vibes all around, will definitely be back 😁

   Enjoyed Mother’s Day sunday brunch. Food choices were good. Server Catherine was excellent and helped make the overall experience very good.

   For our second time in a row our server was Kat — lucky for us. She is delightful, knowledgeable, and quick. On this occasion we were at The Fountain Room for their Mother’s Day buffet brunch, which we were informed is one of only two days each year they serve a buffet. The food was first rate—all high quality. It’s a bit expensive but very well done and we recommend it.

   Made a reservation for Mother's Day Brunch a month in advance and all confirmations were completed. On our way to the restaurant, I received a message that our reservation had been moved up by 15 minutes. So how does that work, another party came in without a reservation and we got bumped? When we arrived, we were seated upstairs. The brunch is downstairs. So we had to walk up and down the stairs throughout our meal to get some very mediocre brunch food.

   Summary- food was delicious, but cold. Food was cooked to perfection but cold by the time it got to us. Service was top notch once they figured out who our server was. First time dining at the Fountain Room. Lovely restaurant, I liked the ambiance. We had a reservation, so were seated quickly with a window seat. I think there was confusion or lack of staff bc we waited for a very long time before we were served water and greeted by our server. A woman finally came and said she was helping out with drink order but then said she would now be our server. So maybe they were short staffed that day. Food was great. Tuna tartare had a great balance of flavours and textures. Portion sizes are quite large as well. The lobster bisque wasn’t the best I’ve had but it was good. Downside was that it was lukewarm. Rib eye was cooked to perfection, but cold. Colder than my mouth temp. Whipped potatoes were good and broccolini was delicious- all cooler in temp. For dessert, we tried the tres leches. It was meh. Wouldn’t recommend. The cake itself was too dry. The flavours were almost there. I like a strong lime flavour but something had a little too much salt- either the cake or something in the lime meringue. Our server was excellent. She was attentive and seemed very busy but wasn’t phased by it. I would recommend and I’m curious if they always serve their food cold or if it was just a busy night. I would give them another shot as I do feel their flavours are well balanced.

   Super- great service, ambiance and fantastic food. From the hostess to the server everyone made us feel welcomed and provided us a memorable night out. Save room for the Grasshopper pie and Mousse cake. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   I recently visited The Fountain Room and, unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. While the food we tried was genuinely good, the atmosphere and service made us feel completely unwelcome. From the moment we arrived, the staff lacked warmth, and our server had a noticeably unpleasant attitude. It created such an uncomfortable environment that we ultimately decided to leave before finishing our visit. Good food can’t make up for poor hospitality, and I hope the restaurant takes steps to improve how guests are treated.

   The most wonderful food and service. We had reservations for 6 to celebrate my son’s graduation and it was perfect! Our server was amazing!

    We loved our experience here! We came for my birthday and had a card signed by the staff which was an adorable touch! Itzia was AMAZING. She was attentive, kind, gave amazing recommendations, and overall was amazing! The food was amazing (highly recommend the prime) and there wasn’t one thing we got we didn’t enjoy! I would absolutely recommend here.
