We are an American Style Restaurant with a French flair located in the beautiful Manchester Mills in Manchester NH.

**At this time we are excepting reservations for parties no larger than 6 people. There is no exception to this policy. Parties over 6 people may be booked by calling the restaurant. Any parties over 6 people will be sat at separate tables.

**We accept reservations for INSIDE DINING ONLY. Reservation made with patio requests do not guarantee an outdoor table will be available upon arrival and may require an additional wait time. Due to frequent changes in the weather we do not accept reservations for outside and all reservations are for inside dining with preferences noted.

**Due to limited seating availability there is a 2 hour time limit on all patio tables without exceptions.

Masks are mandatory during this time in the restaurant is non-negotiable, Thanks for your patience at this time while we focus on giving the best service possible.

Atmosphere and service was fantastic. All of the appetizers came out perfect, and the drinks were phenomenal. The only gripe I had was the quality of the steak. For the market price of $66, it was surprisingly thin and I was unsure if it was USDA Prime. For this price point and size of steak, it definitely should be if it isn't. No crust or sear on the outside, and roasted asparagus was standard. I was thankful for the truffle fries substitution, and those were well worth.

I was not impressed with my food. The mussels were so big and the broth had too much lemon. I also got the bison bolognaise dish and it did not have a lot of flavor. I expected more.

Food was good. Overall, the service was OK. There was no review of the specials menu and little checking for drink refills. Waiting for a long time to place our order and server didn't take our menus - then we were left with menus under appetizer plates and for the cost of the food, I felt like the service should have been better as it would have made the overall experience better.

I won a weight loss challenge and decided to spend my winnings by eating here for the first time. I waited 2 months until we were in the area so I could spend the money at The Foundry. I heard great things and raved about it yk my husband. Sooo disheartened and such a letdown! My husband and I are not picky eaters whatsoever. Honestly, we eat out a ton and always love our food adventures. I am that person that never makes meal alterations. Our choices were adequate for the price. The service was so disappointing which is what ruined the whole experience. Our waiter was constantly missing and he really had no experience working at a higher class restaurant. He had no idea what hangar steak was, I had to ask about the specials, I had to put out drinks at the end of the table twice and it took 15 minutes for him to check our table once we were done. I truly understand that the service industry is struggling. I am just really disappointed because I was expecting more. Every waiter and waitress looked unhappy and it seemed as if they had worked all day, yet the restaurant opened at 4 and it was 8:00 pm. Nobody spoke to each other and nobody smiled. I ordered the half chicken and my husband had the hangar steak. Our drinks were good and the bartenders did a great job.

The food was good, but small portioned for the price. The best part of dinner was the desserts! Great ambiance and good service.

The restaurant was very clean and our server was attentive. I ordered a dirty martini and the first one came out with no olive juice at all, straight up vodka. My husband‘s margarita was spot on. We both got the ribeye, disappointed with our meal. Not much flavor at all, and the meat was very tough. Glad we tried it, however, I don’t think we will be going back again. Very expensive meal for average quality.
