I went for my 40th birthday with my husband and we will definitely be going again. Loved the variety of food and it was just delicious. Our waiter was fantastic too.
Went for brunch - it is a buffet. There is SO MUCH food! The food was good, we could only fit in round of plates but the amount of shrimp and oysters available was just insane. Our waitress was very nice but seemed a little frazzled. It was chilly the day we went so we ate inside but there is a cute outside deck area by the river.
I felt like for paying $130 for 2 adults and 2 kids the food should be constantly fresh, and having to wait 10-15 minutes in a line each time to get food wasn't something we enjoyed.
The selection wasn't what we had expected and felt there should have been more options.
For that kind of money maybe a neat pancake or waffle section where they're made fresh like the omelet area. Strawberry short cake.
The bacon was near the end and so was the french toast so I got barely cooked bacon.
I never give bad reviews but after being so excited for the entire week, I felt sort of let down.
Food was good, atmosphere was nice and open, it was very very loud that night - there was some sort of function I’m not sure if that’s why It was so loud or if it’s usually like that.
We sat outside on the patio for dinner reservations at 8:30 PM on a Friday. We didn’t have any problem getting a table on the patio most likely because it was a bit chilly that night; however, the heaters did help. Our food was delicious, we had the 18-hour ribs for an appetizer which my boyfriend said was “worth the 40 minute drive”. I had the Mediterranean vegetable sandwich which was delicious and my boyfriend had the Foundry burger which he devoured. Their fries were notably tasty as well, and I guess the chefs had made extra that night so we got a second portion on the house! I had the Pomegranate Pro drink, and I loved it, definitely a refreshing drink that would be perfect on a warm summer day/night. I wish I could remember our waitress’ name because she was so lovely and attentive and had a great personality! We will definitely be going back soon and look forward to checking out their Sunday brunch as well!
The Foundry is an exceptional restaurant. I give it a 10 out of 10 in every category.
Went to see Martin and Kelly. Explained that when we got there that we wanted to sit near them. We we told there would be a wait for that and we said fine. We were seated on the other end of the restaurant after we said we’d rather wait for a table. Couldn’t even hear them barely. Luckily by the 3rd set someone helped us sneak over to the other side. Good waste of most of the night. Most of the wait staff was neither helpful nor friendly.
This continues to be one of our favorite spots. The food quality is amazing, the wait staff is pleasant, and we generally never have a problem with our meal.
We went to The Foundry to celebrate our 42nd wedding anniversary and it did not disappoint. The charcuterie plate was a perfect appetizer, followed by the filet and the caramelized scallops. Delicious. Our waiter was attentive, and surprised us with flutes of champagne on our special night. Dessert was wonderful; the creme brulee was outstanding, although the bread pudding was a bit dry. The waiter took it off the bill without us asking, which was appreciated. Overall, a wonderful experience!
Enjoyed a lovely Easter Brunch with family. Service was excellent, food was great and the pomegranate mimosa was perfect!
Excellent experience! Reasonable price.Great food! Handled pandemic precautions well! Staff courteous and respectful!
Best Sunday brunch in Manchester. Something for everyone
Our server was busy visiting with her friends at the booth behind us most of the time. The young man taking care of the rahbar was too busy making jokes and trying to be a comedian and talking to his friends. We had to stand and wait to get oysters with no one else in line behind us! They were too busy talking about their personal lives. Our other food was cold.
We love The Foundry. Certainly can’t go wrong with the food. The price for Brunch was perfect! We certainly got our money’s worth. We can’t wait to eat outside.
Party of 4 and 2 wanted the to.die.for French Onion Soup, which had been removed from the menu. Menu was nothing special although the food was good. Musician was mediocre, overly loud and drowned out conversation and our lovely waitress. Front desk person was brusque. Tables not socially distanced but masks were vigorously enforced.
Not our 1st visit to The Foundry but we won't rush back. For 5-star prices, the dining experience should be 5-star.
Had a great time ! Our server was knowledgeable, friendly and gave me numerous suggestions....all of her suggestions were exactly as described and on point. Had the pork belly app and the crispy Brussels sprouts (both very good) followed by a caesar side salad. My entree was the wild rice bowl with chicken...big portion, fresh ingredients, perfect seasonings, loved it. Others in my party enjoyed their meals as well. Used dishes were promptly cleared by “helpers”, whom also kept an eye on the drinks and would offer another round or water refill upon observation. I thought that was really cool....nice experience for guests, but also I’m sure very helpful for the servers as well. Overall, we had an awesome time. Keep up the great work Foundry, we hope to visit again soon.
My wife and I had a delightful evening at the foundry. My wife's steak was exceptional, in her words, "one of the best steak's I've had in many years."
The service and food was perfect as usual. I love the place.
Katie was amazing! Very informative and attentive
We went at 4PM when they opened. We had the restaurant to ourselves for about 45 minutes. The prices are a bit high but the presentation is excellent. My Pink Lady cocktail had a fresh orchid blossom in it. Very high quality food, great flavors, excellent service.
Excellent menu and service
Food outstanding and fresh. Very nice environment.
5 star. No complaints whatsoever. Atmosphere, food(!), service... everything was perfect!
Sunday brunch is spectacular. Selection is great, quality superior. Service top notch. Coffee rich and hot. Bar beverages made perfect. Friendly staff genuine care.
This was our first visit and we’ll definitely be back!
Great food, service and venue
Food is always good and our server was awesome. You know a restaurant is fire when they make a delicious homemade ketchup
Birthday dinner. Server brought the check, never asked if we wanted more drinks or coffee and dessert and never acknowledged the special occasion mentioned in our reservation. Food was sub-par and not up to usual standards. We ordered 3 entrees and were let down by all but one. The steak was tough and the risotto looked and tasted like oatmeal. Carbs for dinner are a rare treat, so this was a huge disappointment! I should’ve sent it back, but didn’t want to be “that person”. The scallops it came with were perfectly cooked and delicious though. Cocktails were good and so was the haddock.
Excellent meal, very fresh! Would highly recommend!
#thefoundrynh is absolutely worth a visit! Their deck is open for Spring! 💐🌝; dinner on the river or inside with a view or in the bar, all Covid-safe. Bar offerings are fantastic, exquisite farm-to-table food AND there is this chocolate mousse cake that benefits the #SEEScienceCenter - why would you want to go anywhere else after work? 😃🤩
Food is fresh and delicious! Our server was fun and the perfect amount of attentive.
