   The management service was the worst we have ever seen. We had three large groups with open table reservations made weeks in advance (noting a request to sit our reservations together). We proactively called in advance the morning of and they confirmed they never read the notes in the request section of the reservations. We then asked if they could accommodate us sitting in the same area, they refused immediately because of “how busy they were” but then adjusted two tables in the same area (but not together). The worst part of the situation was the fact that multiple tables (that were together or large enough to accommodate our group) were open during the entire time we were there, and they still refused to accommodate moving our group. I’ve never seen management so disconnected from their guest and customers. The buffet was spread out to make it look like a lot of options, however for the extremely expensive bill, it would seem that they would have more variety and even maybe complementary juice. Overall, we will never go back.

   Wonderful selection of voices from breakfast to carved meats. Loved that buffet was in a separate space. We were seated with view of river, always a plus. Staff very accommodating and gracious.

   We had a delightful time! We went for our anniversary and were given prosecco and a small fudge dessert with a candle that said Happy Anniversary. Ian was our server and was fabulous!

   We had a great experience previous visit. This time we were very disappointed in the revised entrée Menu. Very few entrees looked good to us. I ordered a sandwich. I hope it improves or we won’t go back. Otherwise great service, drinks and ambiance

   Savanah was fantastic, we would go back just to have her wait on us again. The food was good, the room gets a bit noisy.

   From out of town, traveling for business, went here with coworkers, Great atmosphere, Food was delicious, had the scallops. Cheese cake for dessert. Waiter was also great. Very attentive, explained any questions we had on the menu in the very helpful and friendly.

    This is a hard review to write because we loved the food and thought the portion size was generous. We will try to go back when the patio is open but I don't think we'll eat inside again. It was just too loud and we couldn't converse comfortably.
