We are an American Style Restaurant with a French flair located in the beautiful Manchester Mills in Manchester NH.

**At this time we are excepting reservations for parties no larger than 6 people. There is no exception to this policy. Parties over 6 people may be booked by calling the restaurant. Any parties over 6 people will be sat at separate tables.

**We accept reservations for INSIDE DINING ONLY. Reservation made with patio requests do not guarantee an outdoor table will be available upon arrival and may require an additional wait time. Due to frequent changes in the weather we do not accept reservations for outside and all reservations are for inside dining with preferences noted.

**Due to limited seating availability there is a 2 hour time limit on all patio tables without exceptions.

Masks are mandatory during this time in the restaurant is non-negotiable, Thanks for your patience at this time while we focus on giving the best service possible.

Food quality was okay at best. we got the burger and flank steak. Both were slightly undercooked and just lacked flavor. The fries were great surprisingly. Restaurant looked clean and the service was great. Will come back for drinks and apps when in the area again.

This may be the best buffet I've ever gone to, let alone brunch. The eggs Benedict, biscuits and gravy, and corned beef hash alone were worth the price. All the other stuff was just icing on the cake

Food was great, would recommend if going for brunch to book a reservation before noon. Some items ran out on the buffet and were not restocked as brunch only goes to 1pm. Would have liked to have been able to try everything, especially given the cost just went up. If we go back again we will book an earlier reservation time.

We went with another couple for brunch. The atmosphere was really nice, our waitress was amazing, that along with the super yummy food definitely made the entire experience awesome. We will be back for sure!

We have had many wonderful experiences at The Foundry. This last one missed the mark. We felt very rushed throughout the evening by our server. Our appetizer was not up to The Foundry's usual standard. We ordered a bottle of wine when we placed our dinner order and received our meals before our wine arrived. Our server didn't bring the customary bread prior to our dinner. The manager did come over to perform service recovery, which was appreciated.

For the most part I was very pleased with my experience at The Foundry. There were just a couple things, when I made my reservation, not only did I click on that it was a special occasion, I added in the notes section that our visit was for my mom’s 65th birthday, but it was not acknowledged by the staff. I would assume that when you state that it’s a special occasion when you make the reservation, that the staff is aware, otherwise what is the point of having that option?? The second thin wasn’t that big a deal, the food was excellent with the exception the beef at the carving station had delicious flavor, but was on the tough side, and the doughnuts at the bread station was not fully cooked. I did not say anything to our server about it, but I was kinda disappointed because they looked amazing! We have been to the Foundry multiple times and never had a bad meal and will be back for sure as I am sure this was just a one off!!

The service was outstanding our waitress was doing a great job. The food was extremely good the steaks were cooked to perfection and the added mushrooms topped off a great meal. Our drinks prior to the meal just hit the spot needed to enhance our meal.

Easily 5/5 stars! From the moment we walked in. They seated us at a special table (due to my reservation being for our anniversary). The waitstaff were so kind and helpful. Excellent food and cocktails. At the end of our meal, we were brought chocolate and champagne! One of the best anniversary meals that we have ever had, thank you to everyone.

I went there for Valentine’s Day dinner with my wife and it was excellent. I would definitely recommend the restaurant, the food and service was very good. Only con is that given the open space it can be a bot noisy.

I brought my wife and kids here for Valentine’s Day. The staff was amazing! The food was fantastic! I’ve been a big fan of the brunches here but this was our first dinner. Great seat, great services! We had at least five staff check in on us which was great, food came out on time and at a proper pace. My only issues were with the French onion soup which was served without a crust and was a little too sweet and thick for me, and the oysters were small and not served properly. That’s me trying to find fault. Otherwise I love everything about this place.

The most amazing farm to table restaurant we have ever been to! The menu is outstanding, drink selections as impressive as the food menu. The most impressive part of our meal was the service we got from Maria. Her knowledge of the menu, food in general, ability to pair food items with drinks was second to none. AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE!
