Our meal was excellent as always.

Amazing family style Thanksgiving dinner. I was there with just my youngest son but would definitely return with my whole family again.

Not an extensive menu, but very good choices. The food was excellent and served promptly.

We had an amazing time at the foundry… Of course, we always do. It’s a shame we don’t live closer because we were down here more often. Great values great food and service! If you haven’t been there you have to try the stirfry With salmon… Oh and then there is the tap wine starting at five dollars a class… Pretty hard to top that one

Great service and very good food

The food was excellent! Had the weekly specials, which are generally yummy. Macy was our Server and always excellent attention and follow up to make sure everything was as it should be.

Came for pizza, salad, & house wine special. All was good except for the “we ran out of” Despite our 5:15 reservations, they ran out of house Cabernet and Merlot. Then the balsamic vinegarette dressing was thicker than molasses. When a side of balsamic vinegar was requested - answer was we don’t have any. Bottom line is that wait staff was good but kitchen & bar supplies need to be beefed up

A group of us went for their Restaurant Week Special. The flavors were amazing, beautiful presentations. Excellent wine pairings.
The place was full but our waitress made us feel as if we were her only guests.
Somewhat noisy, but it was a Fri. night and everyone was enjoying being out. Kinda nice to feel that again!

Wine week special menu. The four wines were very good. The appetizer was good. The salad needed more dressing. The entree of pork loin was very good, but the vegetable side was like a heated version of the salad. The cheesecake desert was real good.

As always we are never disappointed at the Foundry. Always good food and great service. We will come back. 😃

Had dinner with my wife. The menu is diverse with specials every week. The pot Roast is a favorite but they also make great salads and burgers as well. Prices are very reasonable and the service is fantastic! Also a nice draft beer and wine menu.
Highly recommended!

Sunday dinner with family. The Sunday menu is smaller and pizza oven not working but the offerings were still fulfilling. Very comfortable restaurant. No rushing.

We live in Trilogy and eat at The Foundry often. Excellent service, excellent ambiance, and excellent food!

Really enjoyed out outing to the Foundry. Nice, new restaurant tucked within a gated community. (Access to restaurant available to all) The site and facility has a bit of a different 'vibe' due to this dynamic. Macy our server was particularly good, actually formally trained in this area. Food is prepared with a high degree of care, flavor, presentation and portion size is executed very well. The subtle smell of their wood fired pizza oven creates a nice ambiance as well.

We love the Foundry at Trilogy, service is very friendly and professional! Our family gathers there often for a great meal!

Jonathon our waiter is just the BEST! He always takes time to make it a very personal experience! Last night was no exception. He even gave us a quick history lesson about his homeland and upbringing. Always a lovely time when he is there. He goes above and beyond and is so smart and funny. The wings and their famous butter cake were also awesome.

We love The Foundry. The ambiance is great and the staff always very friendly. In these times of the Delta variant we greatly appreciated our server, Sam, wearing a mask!

Another great meal at the Foundry. The new Sunday Supper was good, you pick from a pre- fab menu of 3 or 4 meals which include a salad (two choices) the meal and a desert for $25 . Glad they are back to Sunday dinners. Our waiter was great , sorry I can't remember his name but he was very attentive. Thank you for a great Sunday Supper.

The food was great! The service was impeccable and the seating was awesome! We sat in the far left corner where there was little traffic and no noise whatsoever. I highly recommend the salmon which was cooked to
perfection.
