The google search and website made this place sound great, but we were sorely disappointed by the dining room and quality of the food. We were there for the Sunday brunch and are gluten free, so maybe this is not entirely fair, but we will not go back to find out. There are other nicer places in the area to choose from. We were hoping for white table cloths, excellent service, and amazing dishes and did not get these.

Food is good…..service sucks. In the bar one waitress adds 20% in the bar area and completely ignores you. Took her 30 mins to return with credit card.

Unfortunately, the combination of my age and the Asian pear martinis means that I have forgotten the names of the employees. Lol. The young man who filled our water glasses was so polite and friendly that I wanted to offer him a job with me! He had the biggest smile on his face, but it wasn't forced or disingenuous. He was just awesome. We had a great waitress as well and I highly recommend the honey soy ginger wings and the aforementioned martini.

Great drink menu for pilot aficionados. Great food menu quite extensive. Wonderful service. A fun place to eat and have a few drinks. Jazz music was a very nice touch, but a bit loud.

Great vibe and great food. The bartender Kelcey mad a wonderful mocktail. Salmon and veggies excellent . Very fresh and well prepared. The chowder was yummy! Will be back soon!

Excellent food and drinks! My only negative is the wait for the server to check in with us. We were out of drinks for a while, and it took a long time for her to come again for us to get our check.

I love flying monkey and have been going here for years… since before the move. But, one thing I’ve been struggling with the most since coming here is the 2 hour limit. I often order a few different things and drinks throughout the dinner and often get told my time limit is about to be done. Additionally, If the bar is full you cannot move over to the bar… and have to be seated there instead of walk in. So usually have to find a second place to continue chatting and drinking… when I’d rather stay at flying monkey.

The Flying Monkey did not disappoint. The ambiance and decor were classy and fun, airplane and monkey themed decorations are displayed in a stylish chic manner. We had reservations and were met with a smile and escorted to our table. Our waitress was friendly and helpful. Berry Mojito and Spicy Guac Mock-a-Rita were perfectly blended. Others in the party had beer which was as expected. Two of us had fish and chips which was light, tender and flavorful; the other two had salads which were tasty and abundant. We (barely) saved room for dessert, and had three different dessert: key lime pie, flourless chocolate cake (table favorite) and the apple crumble were all shared and delicious. Will try other desserts next trip as there were many great choices. There was live music on the other side of the restaurant which was good, it made nice background atmosphere where we could hear it and still have a great dinner discussion. There is a beautiful outside patio which was not being used due to weather, but looked like a great place to dine. 10/10 we will be back soon!
