The food and drink took a long time to come even though the place wasn’t crowded. The food arrived cold and had to be sent back

We had a reservation and were seated promptly outside per our request. Received water from a very friendly woman, our waitress was busy but did stop to say she would be right over. After a little bit of a longer than normal wait she took our entire order. Drinks took 26 minutes to come out… this was really the only “issue” with our evening. Waitress was wonderful and apologetic, appetizer came minutes after the cocktail and dinner shortly after that. Music was great and again the water person and waitress continued to be very attentive. Thank you for a great night out!

There were not a lot of people there eating, but the service was VERY SLOW. The iced drink my sister ordered took close to 15 minutes to arrive. We sat for about 20 minutes after eating for our server to return. Not one other person that passed our table asked if we needed anything, even though it was obvious we were done and annoyed. Took the sever about 10 minutes to return with the bill. The music was like a wet blanket. Most songs played were oldies that can be found on my grandparent’s juke box. Music didn’t fit the decor or space. Food was decent, but not worth the wasted time waiting around.

The owner basically kicked us out so that he could use our table to seat a larger party. We didn't even get our desserts. He claimed we went over our 2 hour time limit. Not even fine restaurants with limited seating would ever think of doing this to their customers. On top of it the food is over-salted and cream-heavy garbage and the owner is a putz. The 6 people in our party were appalled at the treatment we received and will never go back.

First off I had a reservation for 6 and when I let them know the rest of my party will be coming in they said my table wasn’t ready once we ordered all of our food got there separately so one person 4 would be eating or 2 may not have gotten there plate then I ask for my steak to be well done when it go to the table it looked good but as soon as I cut into it I seen pink they took it back and then it still came back pink wasn’t pleased at all mean time my husband is still waiting for his salmon witch he also asked to be well done and that was correct and he was actually the last person to get his food on Father’s Day an we where there for him I didn’t like that the tip was inside the bill already because the service sucked the waitress would never come back and we had to wait 30 minutes to even get the bill to pay and leave I heard a lot of great things about this place and idk if it was because it was a holiday or what but it wasn’t good to me or my family. We did still pay for everything an leave but it’s a no coming back.

The google search and website made this place sound great, but we were sorely disappointed by the dining room and quality of the food. We were there for the Sunday brunch and are gluten free, so maybe this is not entirely fair, but we will not go back to find out. There are other nicer places in the area to choose from. We were hoping for white table cloths, excellent service, and amazing dishes and did not get these.

Food is good…..service sucks. In the bar one waitress adds 20% in the bar area and completely ignores you. Took her 30 mins to return with credit card.

Unfortunately, the combination of my age and the Asian pear martinis means that I have forgotten the names of the employees. Lol. The young man who filled our water glasses was so polite and friendly that I wanted to offer him a job with me! He had the biggest smile on his face, but it wasn't forced or disingenuous. He was just awesome. We had a great waitress as well and I highly recommend the honey soy ginger wings and the aforementioned martini.
