   We have been dining at Fish Market over 20 years. The last 2 x's we thought the food was sub-par, not sure if they have a new chef or what? Veggies luke warm, potatoes gummy. I hope the food improves as this is our "go to" monthly restaurant.

   Disappointed with the overcooked sides. Oysters were just ok. The service was good. I would not go back here. The San Diego location is great.

   We no longer live in San Diego but we were visiting a friend and since this was always one of our favorite places to eat we decided to go back. We made reservations at 5:00 and found that there was adequate parking. We were quickly greeted and shown to a table. The server came quickly and we ordered drinks. We like to linger for a while and talk and the server came by periodically and asked if we need anything..perfect. My wife had Oysters Rockefeller, I had Halibut and our friend had the fish tacos. All were perfectly prepared, tasted great and we were very happy. I hardily recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting the area.

    Definitely make reservations ahead of time on open table. Even on a Sunday at 6pm there was a waiting list with a wait of 45-60 minutes. With our reservation we had no wait! There aren’t a lot of tables and space is limited . Food was awesome. Service was good.
