This spring, Seven Stars Resort & Spa’s fourth and newest restaurant will redefine the very meaning of “farm to table.” An open-air setting designed to showcase the freshest flavors Turks & Caicos has to offer, The Farm will feature an array of vegetable-centric dishes with ingredients harvested from a state-of-the-art, on-resort hydroponic farm. Created in collaboration between two-time Caribbean Chef of the Year and Executive Chef Edwin Gallardo and renowned celebrity chef Amanda Freitag, The Farm’s creations will flourish with vibrancy—from curated herbs and leafy greens to bold microgreens and more. Brunch is served 6 days a week (closed on Thursdays) until 3PM.

Join us for live music on Tuesday evenings (weather permitting) with our Sushi Soiree Tuesday; an extended sushi and dim sum menu priced to share. 6-9PM.

When bringing your own wine, our corkage fee is $100 per bottle, maximum 2 bottles per reservation.

Exceptional! I originally didn’t book when I was making other reservations because it was tough to get a bread on it online. It is a 2 mi walk from the ritz, fantastic modern outdoor ‘farm to table’ vibe. Food was better than any other fine dining experience we have had since we’ve been here. Service, cocktails, everything was excellent!

Food was generally good however, we all got our meals at different times that were significantly spread out. We got 3 kids meals (portions were ridiculously small even for kids meals) then about 20 minutes later, 2 adult dishes while one other adult had to wait for 15 more minutes. They also didn’t bring an order of fries until we were all done eating and didn’t offer to comp it when we said that we’d been waiting for over an hour for it at that point. The cost was not worth the mediocre service. That said our waiter was very polite but not too attentive to what / when we got our orders.

Great experience! So accommodating with our food sensitivities. Chef went above and beyond with our meal. We appreciated it so much! Only con was the tiny piece of carrot cake for $16.

Atmosphere is wonderful. Server was very aloof and not that friendly. Took a long time to get dessert menu and bill. Food is good but not amazing for the price. They made a signature drink from the menu wrong, and I had to point out that it was missing ingredients. Decent experience, but I would not return.

The shrimp rolls were average at best. Too small and too few. The edamame was delicious as was the eggplant hummus and the beet salad. We had to ask for more pita bread for the eggplant and were charged $7 for four more quarter. That was ridiculous. Not sure we will be back.

Our experience at The Farm was memorable in that it was the worst I have experienced in terms of service. The food took approximately an hour before it arrived after ordering. We were informed our food was forthcoming and it was delivered 15 minutes later. No concessions offered for inconvenience. The demeanor of our server was sour and her affect was dour at best. Some people are not suited for customer service. The chicken sandwich was thick and dry. The garlic and veggie rice had hints of garlic but no visible vegetables. The dumplings had a horrible taste. Our complimentary chips were burnt. The ambiance and singer was excellent. The singer had variety in his repertoire. A definite thumbs up on him. The cocktails were delicious. I would ONLY return for a drink and the entertainment. The food and service is a thumbs down.
