This spring, Seven Stars Resort & Spa’s fourth and newest restaurant will redefine the very meaning of “farm to table.” An open-air setting designed to showcase the freshest flavors Turks & Caicos has to offer, The Farm will feature an array of vegetable-centric dishes with ingredients harvested from a state-of-the-art, on-resort hydroponic farm. Created in collaboration between two-time Caribbean Chef of the Year and Executive Chef Edwin Gallardo and renowned celebrity chef Amanda Freitag, The Farm’s creations will flourish with vibrancy—from curated herbs and leafy greens to bold microgreens and more. Brunch is served 6 days a week (closed on Thursdays) until 3PM.

Join us for live music on Tuesday evenings (weather permitting) with our Sushi Soiree Tuesday; an extended sushi and dim sum menu priced to share. 6-9PM.

When bringing your own wine, our corkage fee is $100 per bottle, maximum 2 bottles per reservation.

    Join us Tuesday evenings for a night of sushi and dim sum. An extended menu of fan favorites from Philadelphia rolls and crispy shrimp won tons to reinvented rolls both raw and cooked. Plates priced to share, try the whole menu or just a few while still enjoying our regular a la carte menu. Live music in the garden from 6-9PM to create the perfect atmosphere (weather permitting).

                                                            The service was spotty. We had a reservation and our table wasn’t ready. It took a long time for the drinks to arrive (water, coffee) my alcoholic drink took another 10 minutes. The food was delicious but the service was lacking.

                                                            We were seated in the back so no view, no live music, all we could hear was kitchen clatter, The food was tasty but kid haven. So depends on your goal.

                                                            We loved everything about our dining experience. The food was great and the staff was friendly and attentive. Our server was Rose and she was great. We would definitely recommend this restaurant.

                                                            This was a really nice place…open air, great atmosphere, food and service. We had a tuna roll, chicken satay and Indonesian noodles and all were excellent. Will come back for sure.
