This spring, Seven Stars Resort & Spa’s fourth and newest restaurant will redefine the very meaning of “farm to table.” An open-air setting designed to showcase the freshest flavors Turks & Caicos has to offer, The Farm will feature an array of vegetable-centric dishes with ingredients harvested from a state-of-the-art, on-resort hydroponic farm. Created in collaboration between two-time Caribbean Chef of the Year and Executive Chef Edwin Gallardo and renowned celebrity chef Amanda Freitag, The Farm’s creations will flourish with vibrancy—from curated herbs and leafy greens to bold microgreens and more. Brunch is served 6 days a week (closed on Thursdays) until 3PM.

Join us for live music on Tuesday evenings (weather permitting) with our Sushi Soiree Tuesday; an extended sushi and dim sum menu priced to share. 6-9PM.

When bringing your own wine, our corkage fee is $100 per bottle, maximum 2 bottles per reservation.

Our experience at The Farm was memorable in that it was the worst I have experienced in terms of service. The food took approximately an hour before it arrived after ordering. We were informed our food was forthcoming and it was delivered 15 minutes later. No concessions offered for inconvenience. The demeanor of our server was sour and her affect was dour at best. Some people are not suited for customer service. The chicken sandwich was thick and dry. The garlic and veggie rice had hints of garlic but no visible vegetables. The dumplings had a horrible taste. Our complimentary chips were burnt. The ambiance and singer was excellent. The singer had variety in his repertoire. A definite thumbs up on him. The cocktails were delicious. I would ONLY return for a drink and the entertainment. The food and service is a thumbs down.

The restaurant was nice and the food was very good. My daughter has celiac and has to eat gluten free (GF). They had quite a few GF options. My family particularly enjoyed the Snapper and Grits and the Chicken Mee Goreng.

Beautiful establishment. We went for Tuesday evening’s Sushi Soirée. There was live music. We had four different rolls. Three were very good and one was ok. We ordered our first round of drinks and it took a while, and someone (not our server) came to ask what we ordered (I think our server forgot what we ordered). My husband ordered a second drink, but after 20 min it had not arrived so we had to ask about it again. Server was very nice and kind, I think he may have been new. We did have a nice dinner.

Vegan choices were good. Nice to have more than one vegan main on the menu. Service was attentive and food prep quick . Never felt rushed.

Food was great and loved the atmosphere. Kids loved the giant chess set. Great for photos. Avocado toast was delicious and served with a nice fresh salad. Fresh pressed juices are a must.
