BALLO Italian Restaurant propone una experiencia italiana con intensas combinaciones de diseño, servicio excepcional y un menú auténtico y original a base de especialidades italianas y nuevas creaciones. El BALLO del Mohegan Sun se inspiró en San Galgano, una abadía gótica construida en el siglo XII en la Toscana. Una vez en BALLO, los comensales pueden disfrutar de una extensa carta de vinos servidos en copa, cocteles especialidad del BALLO y comida italiana recién salida de la cocina en una sala de estilo catedral, repleta de elementos italianos, como accesorios, tejidos y luces espectaculares. Adentrándose en BALLO, los clientes podrán sentarse en una de las barras de mármol de Carrara más grandes jamás construida o utilizada para cenar. Our waitress was a sweet heart , very attentive. Food portions were ok. No bread you have to pay for it. They give you some cheese portion very small. A little pricey.

Because we love the farm Italy and Huntington. We decided to try the one at Mohegan and we were pleasantly surprised. It was excellent for being open. A short time, the food was amazing. Our waiter Brandon was so awesome! Can’t wait to come back in august!!!!

Food was average. Ballo we felt, was a much better Italian Restaurant. They also stopped offering the tableside special pasta they used to make w the big cheese wheel. Big letdown. We had 5 people. Consistent opinion across the board. Just so-so. Only thing that was really enjoyed was the chicken cutlet parm. Everything else was just mediocre and quite expensive. Steaks were decent. Jordan's is better for steak. We shut off the table lights as they were annoying our eyes. We were quickly "reprimanded," and lights were turned back on, stating, "management will not allow lights to be turned off." After some back and forth, they relented & shut them off. Not the best way to treat a table of guests. They need maybe some time to get in their groove. First pass was a bit of a letdown. Again - comparing to what was there before (Ballo). Give it some time & give it a try. Maybe we hit at an off afternoon. Hope that's the case as Ballo was a favorite. Willing to try 1x time. And if its not vastly improved, will not be back.

Lovely inside, but it was very noisy, and that impacted the overall exoerience. The service team was quite attentive, however our server never checked back after our meals were delivered. Part of my meal was inedible and by the time they checked on us everyone was done, and it was much too late to reorder. They did remove it from the bill but I left a bit hungry. The food was just OK and there wasn’t one thing on the table that I would go back for, especially at that price point. Disappointed because it was so pretty inside and I’m looking for a reason to go back. We skipped dessert, maybe that would have been less disappointing than the apps or the meal itself.
