Cozy and refined, discover Banff's gem tucked inside the Royal Canadian Lodge that serves Canadian cuisine with an emphasis on regional ingredients. Knowledgeable and attentive servers along with talented chefs will ensure you have an unforgettable experience. Head Chef, Samir Garzon and his culinary team take great pride in creating dishes with locally sourced ingredients to highlight the flavors of Alberta. All of our products are sourced from Alberta, the ultra fresh vegetables are often from local farms and almost everything served is made in house to transform regional fare to memorable moments. Resturant was not busy for the one meal we had, staff were very attentive and freindly, what we ordered was very good.

This place was amazing. The food was flavoured perfectly and meat was so tender. Definitely coming here often when visiting. It topped the experience of other high end restaurants we went to. Loved it.

With the absence of the bar tender (called in sick) left the staff short handed. The remainder of the staff did an outstanding job juggling a FULL dining room. We enjoyed the SEAFOOD TAGLIATELLE. It was EXCELLENT! We learned the chef came from a Michelin rated restaurant and it showed. We also enjoyed an appetizer of Tempura shrimp, also excellent. We will definitely return

We never actually ate here. Made a reservation based on a Mikes taxi instagram recommendation. The pictures posted looked nothing like the actual restaurant. Went for dinner at 7:30. We were literally the only people in the place. Felt really creepy so we walked out. So many fine places to eat in Banff this is not one of them.
