Thursday, June 19 - The Spirits of Mexico The Spirits of Mexico is a 6-course tasting dinner celebrating the vibrant world of Mexican spirits—from smoky mezcal and bold tequila to lesser-known gems like raicilla. Every course presents a signature cocktail that showcases the spirit’s complexity, and a spirit sidecar served neat, for a pure tasting experience. Paired with dishes that celebrate authenticity of local Mexican cuisine, adding a little spice to your evening. Guests will be guided through the tasting by spirits experts, sharing the story behind each spirit–its origin, distillation process, unique anecdotes, and tasting notes.
