The pasta primavera was so overloaded with basil... just awful. We could hardly eat it. One of us ordered the overpriced ($36) grouper - fish of the day- it was overcooked and generally very dry. One ordered the Sunday special - fried chicken. It was good according to our friend. The pricing was much too high for what we got
We had a group of seven for a bachelorette brunch. We were greeted with beignets and welcomed by the friendly team. The drinks were quick to arrive and the food was excellent. The service was just as great and we all loved our experience. The chicken and biscuits is not to be missed.
Excellent bar cocktails and wine. Limited menu . Fairly well executed . Wife had grilled grouper special on lentils. No sauce and rather flavorless . My lamb rack was good with couscous . Dessert was great . Loved the 1/2 price bubbles special for Valentine’s Day.
Fantastic food and ambiance. The cocktails were really good.
The service was more than expected. The Hostess made me feel comfortable and welcome once we checked in. Our reservation was set for 9 and we sat exactly at 9. The staff executed my special request without question and for that I am grateful. I highly recommend this location for those seeking a. Quality experience and food in Savannah, GA.
The chef was amazing! The meal was probably the best all around dinner I’ve ever had in Savannah. Will definitely go back!
Filet was delicious and perfectly prepared. Service was excellent.
Some dishes were not as described and service was okay.
Always a great experience visiting the Emporium! It has become our favorite laid back restaurant in Savannah.
Everything was perfect. Jason was the best server I’ve ever had.
We came in for restaurant week. We’re locals and will definitely be back. The food and service was wonderful.
Kristin, our server, was amazing! Food was outstanding!
Everything was excellent. The southern fried chicken was delicious. Highly recommend.
This is probably my 10th time in this restaurant in a period of 4 months. The only thing that made me sad was the fact that all the dishes from restaurant week were out, all deserts were all. I am only giving a good grade cause I’ve been many times in this Restaurant to know they are capable of more. But I am not going to lie, it made me very disappointed...
Came here for tests week. The place was not in time with reservations. We didn’t get seated until about 45 min past our reservation time. They weren’t prepared for restaurant week and ran out of a majority of their menu items.
This place is my new go to for a good glass of wine and a relaxing time out with friends.
EXTREMELY LOUD and Crowded!!! We were at a two-top and they had 4-5 tables wedged into a space that should have been for three. We joked with our "neighbors", with one of them saying that they could have easily reached over and helped themselves from our table. I told them that I'd seen airport restaurants that offered more spacing!! I assume the crowdedness led to the extremely slow service. Our server appeared to have 7-8 tables. He was so inattentive, we joked that his nickname should have been "The Invisible Man"!!! I had the Steak Frites ordered medium rare. I make it a habit to NEVER send my food back, as we all hear about the horrible things they do to it before bringing it back, but in this case I had to as my steak was literally COLD (as in straight out of the refrigerator). On a slower night, the atmosphere and décor would have been much more appreciated, as the establishment itself is top notch. As a local, I'll leave The Emporium to the tourists in the future.
Restaurant week menu had quite a variety. Food was delicious!
Absolutely phenomenal. Everything was cooked to perfection and we were treated like family. 5 out of 5 would recommend to anyone.
They sat a large group of us and accommodated us. Food was great and service was better.
Very good. No one was there for brunch at 11:30 so that was surprising since the food was great and place was very cool.
Although the food provided was very good, we were disappointed that at 7:45 PM they were all out of the daily entre special. The service was average, particularly given the price point
We had a wonderful experience. The oysters, mussels, beet salad, and burger were fantastic but the best part of our experience was Kristin our waitstaff. She was excellent!
This was recommended for seafood but I didn’t find very many seafood options. The mussels were good but heavy due to the butter wine sauce (small is enough for one person). The pimento cheese burger was okay. It was juicy but the cheese left a aftertaste that’s I did not like. Would go again but would try something else. The elderflower mimosa was very good though.
Did have gluten free options and gluten free toast.
This is one of our favorite places to eat but NYE was a major bust. Service was very mediocre, I was never informed it was a prix fixe menu and the food options were extremely limited. I hope they will bring back their regular menu for NYE or we will not be dining there again on that night
This was so bad and so disappointing, I am not sure where to start. The menu for New Years was terrible, and WAY overpriced. The food was not very good, although the service was personable. We've been here many times and considered it a reliable dinner spot. That is very much in question now.
Enjoyed service at the bar. Great wine and bar selection. Great ambiance, decor. Burger was a highlight of the lunch selection. Midnight blue cheese on the Chef’s board was a favorite.
Great restaurant! Stayed at the Perry Lane and ate there multiple times for breakfast and dinner. Love the food and wine selections! Look forward to coming back to Savannah soon!
I like to eat there when in town and drink.. valet parking is a little steep 25 $ just to get a few glasses of wine..
Was there for breakfast and very light crowd
Expensive for breakfast and it was just okay would not go back
Service was good and a nice place
Great cocktails and food. Top it off with gelato!
We ate here Christmas night on our way to Florida. The food and service were excellent.
Typical hotel restaurant. Food is plain with high prices.
Overall, this was an outstanding experience. It was very festive for Christmas Eve, my mother was disappointed they weren't playing Christmas music, I was very relieved! The service was amazing and our server was so incredibly nice, we loved the wreath she was wearing in her hair (I'm sorry I can't remember her name!!). The food was very good. The scallop dish was divine, but disappointed in the portion, it really looked like one large scallop cut into thirds. The Caesar salad was not terribly exciting, the white anchovy a nice touch, but not super interesting. The entrees (Bourbon pork chop & Mahi fish special) were truly wonderful, beautifully plated and delicious. And the stollen french toast dessert was perfect in every way. Thank you for a great time!!
My family and I went here for brunch after church. Everything we had was fabulous, and service was outstanding!!!
Great service and food quality!
Food was excellent. Service outstanding. I will definitely return for a meal
I’m not a guy who likes Mussels or Oysters...at all. But tonight was the second time I’ve come for them. They are awesome!
Loved this place! The food was delicious & the service was wonderful. I will definitely go back on our next trip to Savannah.
