   Restaurant was booked for a private event despite txt the day before confirming our reservation. The restaurant never called nor Open Table - they said they informed Open Table. Extremely disappointed - we were left with no place to eat on a Sundance busy evening night.

   I was beyond upset when I showed up for my scheduled dinner reservation to a sign on the door that said “sorry but we’re closed” and I had received no other communication cancelling the reservation. I went back the following morning for breakfast and it was absolutely amazing.

   It was great! Went with the family and enjoyed the experience. The food was wonderful. We did ask for house recommendations which I think made a big difference. We ordered things we would not have normally ordered based on their suggestions.

   Great food! Be sure to try the deviled eggs ! It was quite noisy as a private party was being held in the bar area, but service was good and our group of 8 was happy to be accommodated on a Friday night with late notice. We would go back.

   The Eating Establishment is an ICON of Park City, UT. The food is great and reasonably priced. It's great for breakfast, lunch and dinner especially if you're attending a performance at the Egyptian Theatre.

   Mediocre at best. Last minute reservation as little else available. Must plan better in the future...

    A few mess ups in the kitchen and not rectified with any speed. By the time my wife's meal was fixed the rest of the family was done eating. My 14 year old son ordered the French toast and was apparently given the kids portion and it was so small (one piece of bread for $9) we had to order again. On the bill we were charged for non existent bacon. Waiter very apologetic and comped one meal. But this was no one off incident, there are obviously bigger issues afoot in the management of this place.
