   First but not last time for dinner at The Courtney Room. Lovely table for two by a window. Loved the Room’s ambience. Service was very good as was the food. I had the Spring Prix Fixe, my husband chose a la carte. Both very happy with our choices.

   I had one of the most flavourful meals I’ve ever tasted. The breast of duck was beautifully presented along with amazing flavours which included blueberries and pistachios.

   Loved the service and uniqueness of this restaurant. Been before and always amazing service presentation and ambiance..oh yeah and the food was fantastic!!!

   Every meal I have eaten here has been outstanding. The food is very creative, the portions are generous and the quality is superb. I had the duck entree and my husband had the king salmon. The duck was cooked perfectly - crispy skin and a tender perfectly cooked pink medium, with a ragu of morels, duck sausage, nuts and seeds. Every bite was amazing. My husband's salmon was delicious. - perfectly cooked on a bed of creamy risotto. It is hard to find the right words for this food. I have eaten at some amazing restaurants, but, without a doubt, the meals I have had at The Courtney room have been the most memorable. In my opinion, this is the best fine dining restaurant in Victoria.

   The food here is 10/10 with an accommodating and wonderful kitchen and staff. The sommelier is top notch and fun. I would recommend it every time.

   Enjoyed the Spring Prix Fixe with wine pairings. Very informative sommelier and well matched with dishes. Catered to personal tastes without any problem. Terrific service and delicious menu. Will happily return.
