    Allow us to showcase what our beautiful island has to offer with our eight course tasting menu. Our new tasting menu reflects the season’s vibrant flavours, featuring locally sourced ingredients and thoughtfully preserved highlights from last summer’s harvest. Drawing on the rich offerings of B.C. farms, the menu balances innovation with familiarity, offering guests a dynamic and flavourful culinary experience. Due to the complex nature of this service, whole table participation is required. Optional wine pairings available for +$90 per person. Please allow 2.5 hours for this experience. Dietary restrictions may be accommodated with advance notice.

    First but not last time for dinner at The Courtney Room. Lovely table for two by a window. Loved the Room’s ambience. Service was very good as was the food. I had the Spring Prix Fixe, my husband chose a la carte. Both very happy with our choices.

    I had one of the most flavourful meals I’ve ever tasted. The breast of duck was beautifully presented along with amazing flavours which included blueberries and pistachios.

    Every meal I have eaten here has been outstanding. The food is very creative, the portions are generous and the quality is superb. I had the duck entree and my husband had the king salmon. The duck was cooked perfectly - crispy skin and a tender perfectly cooked pink medium, with a ragu of morels, duck sausage, nuts and seeds. Every bite was amazing. My husband's salmon was delicious. - perfectly cooked on a bed of creamy risotto. It is hard to find the right words for this food. I have eaten at some amazing restaurants, but, without a doubt, the meals I have had at The Courtney room have been the most memorable. In my opinion, this is the best fine dining restaurant in Victoria.

    The food here is 10/10 with an accommodating and wonderful kitchen and staff. The sommelier is top notch and fun. I would recommend it every time.

    Enjoyed the Spring Prix Fixe with wine pairings. Very informative sommelier and well matched with dishes. Catered to personal tastes without any problem. Terrific service and delicious menu. Will happily return.

    $98 for brunch and you have to pay for all soft drinks and coffee on top of that. My 14 yr old daughter wanted a refill on her coke and was told we would be charged! No way did she eat $98 worth of food. More variety of food for Easter brunch should be offered. Not worth the price:(
