Our summer tasting menu reflects the season’s vibrant flavours, featuring locally sourced ingredients and thoughtfully preserved highlights from spring harvest. Drawing on the rich offerings of B.C. farms, the menu balances innovation with familiarity, offering guests a dynamic and flavourful culinary experience. Due to the complex nature of this service, whole table participation is required. Optional wine pairings available for +$90 per person. Please allow 2.5 hours for this experience. Dietary restrictions may only be accommodated with advance notice.
