Welcome to Stillwater, where lakeside serenity meets wellness-focused cuisine. Overlooking the peaceful waters of Lake Austin, our adults-only resort (ages 16+) offers a refined dining experience that celebrates the seasonal flavors of the Texas Hill Country. Chef de Cuisine James Limon crafts each menu with intention, using locally sourced ingredients to create dishes that nourish and delight. Guests are invited to enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner in our designated dining spaces, with stunning views and a relaxed, elegant setting. Please note that access to resort amenities is reserved for overnight guests only. We kindly ask that you arrive no more than 15 minutes before your reservation and depart once your meal is complete, just as you would at any restaurant.

We had an amazing breakfast with my husband, complemented by a beautiful view. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the setting made the whole experience truly memorable. Highly recommend it for a relaxing start to the day!

The customer service at this resort is abysmal. I booked a dinner reservation on open table for my fiancé and I to look at the property for our wedding. We shared an entree and had a drink, as we were just there to look at the property, and the bill came out to ~$50 after tax and tip. This was fine and I signed the check. I receive a bill a few days later on my credit card statement for over $230. I had to call multiple times to get ahold of the manager and after finally receiving a call back two weeks later, he tells me there is a flat fee no matter how much was eaten, and refuses to reimburse me. The food was good, but even had we eaten the full 3-4 course meal it would not have been worth this amount.

Such a hidden gem. The service was phenomenal and food was to-die-for. We can’t wait to go back soon!

It was wonderful!! I was there w my Bichon and the chef came out and greeted us and offered to make him a special chicken breast w no seasoning. All the staff were super helpful and friendly. So relaxing and accommodating- I can’t say enough good things! I had a wonderful experience. Definitely worth the price. I don’t understand any of the negative reviews- if you want an experience to rest your soul- this is perfect!!

Wonderful experience. My only concern in writing this is that others in the community will know that we have an amazing restaurant just a stones throw from where we live (I want to keep it a secret). Keep up the great work and thank you for making your restaurant open to those not staying at the resort.

Super disappointing evening. Waited over 30 min even though we had reservations and the restaurant was not full. Sat without being greeted by our server for at least 10 min. Food was ok - 1 dish we could not even eat. Begged to leave at the end because the table next to us was super loud. Overall will not be back for dining.

It was incredible! Service was impeccable, and it was quiet and food was delicious. My husband and I were very full from the dinner and would recommend the beef tenderloin. I’d also suggest going during daylight so you can see the lake, or better yet the sunset.
