Horrible and overpriced cocktails
Horrible vegan ‘meatball’ soggy pasta with tomato sauce from a can
Steak was ok
Amazing meal here - food wasn't 1000% awesome for the price but the ambiance and service way made up for it. Definitely want to come back for another incredible sunset with entertainment by a bagpiper to boot!
Great experience all the way around!! Nice selection of starters, salads and entrees. Portions were very good. Atmosphere tops it all off.
wonderful view w/ bagpiper
exceptional local fish and choices
sweet and pleasant sevice
Beautiful views, great ambiance. Food is a little pricey. No rolls, no salads- everything a la carte. Fish was good but slightly over cooked. Not all the menu items were available 🙁Delicious white fish pate, not fishy. Awesome dessert- we had the warm cookie bowl/ with ice cream🍪. Cocktails were excellent. Loved to see local spirits🍸- iron fish, and local wine- loved the late harvest Reisling.🍷
Overall a pleasant experience but for the area it is grossly overpriced.
We go to Arcadia Bluffs every year to celebrate our anniversary. Always the best experience with beautiful sunsets. Well worth the drive.
I had heard so much about dining at Arcadia Bluffs over the years. My husband and I were passing through, I made an online reservation half hour prior to our arrival. We were seated immediately and had the choice of inside or out. The view was spectacular, atmosphere very pleasing, the food very good and reasonable and the service equally good. A great experience!
The view from our patio table was breathtakingly gorgeous! Watching the sun set over Lake Michigan while enjoying a good dinner is definitely worth experiencing. However, I will say that you are mostly paying for the views and ambiance. The food and drinks were okay, but certainly not worth the exorbitant prices. I would recommend it at least once though for those views. Go just before sunset!
We love the view. Menu items are expensive and I’m ok with that but my seafood fettuccine (most popular per our waiter) was served on the cool side. Not cool enough to send back but enough that I was only able to give it 4 stars. Service was fine. We’ll be back
We expected a stellar experience however the introduction to the place by the hostess staff was less than desirable, unorganized, forgetful and not in tune with the guests needs. The highly coveted tables are out side on the porch. Even with reservations days in advanced they tables were full. They moved us to the sun deck which was quite a bit less formal. The view of the sunset was slightly distorted by a glass windbreak, none the less stunning.
The food and service were incredible and we enjoyed the experience. The bag piper received a resounding applause as the sun disappeared over the horizon.
The view on the lake is truly amazing at sunset. This is the number one reason to go there. I did not find the food really worth it for the price you pay .. so maybe better to just go for drinks.
Had a tremendous meal outside on the deck. Our server, Lisa was fantastic - and the meal was better. It's not a cheap dinner - but everything was a TEN !
The food was amazing, so beyond expectations at a golf resort. On par with any good resort restaurant. The folks that work there are as friendly and accommodating as one could imagine. Fantastic experience all in all.
Great food. Many choices. Super view. Attentive staff. Expensive. But worth every dollar.
Gorgeous window view of bluffs and the lake...breathtaking. Server was amazing and so thoughtful. Evening reservations allow for you to be able to enjoy the bagpiper playing on the bluffs. Food was enjoyable but the overall experience was glorious!
Dinner was great and the view was even better.
We have been dining at Arcadia Bluffs for several years and love the view and food. We were in SHOCK when we brought our daughter and son in law to dinner and opened the menu. Not an item under $40 and several entrees were over $60! The increase is at least $20 per entree. Sorry but no restaurant is worth those prices.
We asked for the pub menu and had reasonably priced meals.
Sorry but we won't be back.
Love the atmosphere and the bagpiper. Please offer both the main dining room menu & the bar menu, regardless of seating location.
We were greeted at the entrance doors by a number of smiling faces, which set the tone for a beautiful dinner on the veranda of the restaurant. Of course, the view is spectacular!!! The meal was delicious and prepared to perfection. We will return to this gorgeous spot again.
Vacation special dinner, amazing views and food.
Wonderful, Food excellent. It was our 23rd Anniversary and chose Arcsdia Bluffs to celebrate.
You can’t beat Arcadia Bluffs for the amazing views of Lake Michigan and the surrounding golf course. The bagpiper on the crest of the hill playing as the sun is setting is worth the visit. The service is very good, servers are attentive and open to requests. I have noticed a change in the food over the last two seasons. My Ahi tuna ordered seared and rare arrived with an overdone sear making it dry. The beef tenderloin was great as was the pasta. It’s a menu with something for everyone but the technique on some of the dishes lately has been hit or miss. The dessert special, creme brûlée was undercooked and almost runny under the burnt sugar topping. Cocktails were on the sweet side but when asked, the staff is willing to help. The location alone is worth a visit.
Fantastic food, service is outstanding. Highly recommended.
One of the most beautiful views in Michigan. Building is impeccable. Landscaping gorgeous. Food is skillfully prepared. Service is friendly and attentive.
The view at Arcadia Bluffs is like none other. Lake Michigan and the golf course is absolutely beautiful!
Had a pre-round breakfast with a couple buddies. The food was delicious, the views were incredible and my coffee was always hot and full. A truly great spot for dining.
