Such a pretty place. Food and drinks were good. I think I chose the wrong items for myself that particular night, but the staff is beyond sweet and helpful, the place is so different and has a nice vibe to just be in, and I will definitely be back. Was glad to see they will be open throughout the winter and have happy-hour at the beautiful bar.

Great service. Very accommodating. Amazing food. Filet mignon was cooked perfectly. Really no complaints except that were were 3 fruit flies in my husband's wine glass that we quietly sent back. Hence, the 4 star rather than 5 Star rating.

This was the first time my wife and I had dinner at Dimon Estate. We went with 2 other couples. All 6 of us loved this restaurant. The service was great and the food was fabulous. Everyone enjoyed every dish that came to the table. We all loved the restaurant and we will be back and we are all going to recommend Dimon Estate to our friends and family

Wonderful early dinner on Sunday with my husband, parents, and sister. Food and service were wonderful. Staff friendly. Drinks were really fun as well. Love that the menu had a theme, as did the drink menu. Nice little historical story behind everything. We has a really lovely and relaxing time. Would definitely recommend and return.

Hello Mike, Thank you for dining with us last night. I appreciate the feedback and hope to see you again this winter. On our menu currently 30% of the menu items have heat from peppers which tell the story of Rosalie Dimon's home country of Peru. The other 70% of the menu has no heat at all. I look forward to telling this story every fall as it creates an opportunity for diners to have a more cultural dining experience. The winter menu starting in December will be all very warm homey dishes with no spice at all. Excellent choice on the North Fork! Food is fabulous with a menu that is different but doesn’t disappoint. Many entrees to choose from. All that was ordered was raved over by our table of 8. Service was professional and friendly. Menu changes with the seasons as does the elegant atmosphere. Halloween decorations are great and give this old beautiful mansion the spooky fall touch for a great evening. Enjoyed it immensely.

This is the second time we've eaten at this restaurant. It was even better this time. I had my family visiting from Germany and we had a table of 9 people. Every single dish was fantastic. Everything is absolutely delicious and the service outstanding. The atmosphere is beautiful. I cannot speak more highly of this place. The chef is extremely talented! I can appreciate all the creative pairing of flavors and dishes cooked to perfection. The food comes out beautifully plated and fresh. I will be a lifetime customer for the tuna dish alone! I have highly recommended to others already.

We have been there often. First time with new owner. Food was very good. The sald could have been larger and a fee to split it in half for my wife and I was silly. Overall we enjoyed our lunch and will return we are out that way again

The food was excellent. The service was awful. We waited 20 minutes before a waitress approached us. The empty glasses were left on the table while we were eating dinner. No one came over to clear them. The bar tender was a bit rude. Although the food was very good i don't think we would go back

The Dimon Estate is consistently outstanding. It’s casual and cozy atmosphere only enhances the menu. Try the lobster fritters, fried Brie and the Bell & Evans chicken. Delicious! North Fork best!

The Dimon Estate is a hidden gem on the North Fork of Long Island. Their signature cocktails tell the history of this beautiful estate. Chef/owner Chris's creative menu is second to none. You are guaranteed to find something new on the menu with every visit. He melds different flavors together that give your taste buds a wonderful surprise. Chris and his entire staff make dining at the Dimon Estate a very pleasurable experience.

Lots of local history, great views, lovely gardens, outstanding food and service. We thoroughly enjoyed Grilled Scallops, Lobster Fritters, Fluke Milanese and Seafood Pasta… so many layers of flavor. Highly recommend The Dimon Estate which will become our new go to spot.
