It was out first night here so it was a great welcoming experience. Sat on the deck overlooking the ocean at sunset with drinks and delicious food. Highly recommend.

We held my husband's birthday dinner at the Deck this past week. Why? Because it has become one of my favourite restaurants on the island. The food, ambience and friendly Waiters at The Deck are always satisfactory. I didn't see some of my usual Waiters, I guess it wasn't their shift. Our first Waiter wasn't what we were used to in terms of being friendly and engaging. They probably read our minds and luckily, she was changed and we got a very pleasant and helpful Waiter. We love it so much that we plan to book our anniversary dinner there too. Definitely value for our dollars.

The restaurant sits right on the beach, and the atmosphere was wonderful. We enjoyed drinks, appetizers and entrees. The food was very good, the drinks and the service were fine. I recommend the Deck for lunch or an early sunset dinner.

I ordered a medium rare steak and it came out brown and over well done, it took 50 min for that to come out just to be sent back and take another 20 min. To top it all off when I got the check we realized we’ve been charged for a 15$ service fee. You would think the least they could’ve done is taken that off. Never going back. Only thing nice about it was the view but you can get that at any other restaurant/resort on the beach strip in Grace Bay.

Our first experience at The Deck this year was not as good as last year. The food took over an hour to come out and it was mediocre at best. Our server was pleasant, however he was not overly attentive. I’ll cut him some slack since they were likely short staffed like everywhere else these days. I’m hoping things improve when we return later this trip. One thing is consistent, you can’t beat the view!

Meh…. Views are outstanding. Conch appetizer was delicious but all else fell short. Service took forever and it wasn’t busy. Food was sub-par at best. We ate there twice, lunch and dinner. Menu is the same. Both times were disappointing.
