Horrible waiter. He was unfriendly and couldn’t have cared less about us.
I had a great outdoor business lunch at the Dearborn. The daily salad was wonderful and the service was excellent. I will be back!
Best Fish&Chips in Chicago. Friendly, efficient service.
I love the fact that the booths in the back have a curtain for you to close , it made the date so intimate 🥰✨ the food and service was amazing I have NO COMPLAINTS
Brussel sprouts not to our tastes. Some weird spice mix in Mexican burger. didn't eat either. My guests enjoyed their dinners. I would give them another chance ordering a different entree
Our waitress was AMAZING! We had the best time!
The burger was one of the juiciest and most flavorful I’ve had, and the fish & chips did not disappoint either. Service was prompt and staff were attentive. We had an outdoor table in the late evening, which provided great ambiance for a date night.
Fantastic from beginning to end. Service was excellent, food was delicious, nice ambiance. Fun, a little funky and exceptionally clean. Absolutely 100% recommend and we will be back.
Best place to eat in downtown Chicago, decently priced and the fish n chips was the best fish I have ever tasted. Our waiter was the nicest guy
Great meal, great service and a fantastic place for lunch in the Loop.
Had reservation for a high top table, did not get a high top table. Food menu is pretty limited. Baby kale and wild mushroom pizza was under cooked esp for a thin crust. Dessert was spectacular, chocolate and peanut butter tort with smoked vanilla ice cream, highly recommend the dessert. Seated next to a very loud party, and again not the seat reserved. Service was marginal.
We really enjoyed our dinner at The Dearborn. We made the reservation the morning of our visit, and they seated us immediately upon arriving. Our server, Joe, was very attentive and helpful with recommendations, and a couple different managers stopped by to check on us as well. They were doing a great job enforcing the mask mandate when you were not at your table, and they seemed to be doing everything correctly to keep things clean, fun, and safe. I would visit again next time we're in Chicago.
I dined in your restaurant this afternoon, and I did not have a good experience. First, we were seated at an open ended table too close to other guests. There were several tables open, so I'm sure why you all are crowding people together in these times. Next, I ordered bottled water of which you had none (no still or sparkling water available). Then, our appetizer arrived at the same time as our entrees. We ended up eating the appetizer and packing up our fish and chips which were now cold. Lastly but most importantly, our waiter was not attentive AT ALL. We saw her three times (when she took our order, when she came to notify us that you had no bottled water, and when she brought the check. The entire dining experience was subpar.
Excellent food, drinks and service. I had the chicken tinga tostadas and would recommend - very tasty. We started with beignets and they were also delicious.
Loved the foie gras burger
Love the ambience and the service.
The food was amazing, great desserts too.
I will definitely go again.
Amazing food and service. A bit on the pricey side but I also feel you get what you pay for. :)
Everything about our visit to The Dearborn was exceptional. It took a minute for our server to take our cocktail order, but the drinks were worth it. They have a house made gin that I wish they sold by the bottle! The service was great. We had Fish and Chips and their Latin Burger which were outstanding. We will be back as soon as we can!
This meal was truly extraordinary!
We love visiting the Dearborn every time we’re in Chicago. Great food, excellent wine! Always a fabulous experience.
Great burgers and fries
Food is always great it is just getting a overpriced.
Best fish ‘n chip EVER. Pay a little extra and swap Halibut instead of Cod - AMAZING!
Delicious burger, ample fries, seated on time, attentive and friendly service, reasonable prices, good location for the Loop. AND validated parking so what would have been $48.00 for parking ended up being only $12.
Wonderful business lunch quick and wasy
My food was cold! The waitress had a attitude about getting fresh food so I said it was ok and just left
We are regulars and love the food and atmosphere

Enjoyed a casual business dinner here. Food and service were both great!
After a great brunch on Sunday, we decided to go back for lunch the next day. My husband had an incredible meatball sandwich and I had the Fish and Chips (they beat Bobby Flay). Both were very good. We followed this with chocolate cherry sorbet and Apricot sorbet. Honestly this was some of the best sorbet we have ever had - it rivaled cantaloupe sorbet in Provence France. Sat outside which was lovely - only complaint is for the bench side of the table it was higher than needed and I felt like I was hunched over the table. Small issue. Great food and service. Loved it!
Been here twice , both times i found the food to be very fresh and tasty
Very good. Nice place
Went for brunch, our food was amazing! Definitely recommend the cinnamon roll monkey bread.
Great food and service. Full bar, lots of options.
Food was good and came out quick!!!! The service was fantastic but not really from our waiter. Our bus boy was awesome. He was so attentive, filled our water often and was the one that got us everything we needed. My friend spilled her water and our server goes, “oh let me get the bus boy” like it was beneath him to help us or even get us a napkin while the bus boy came with the towel. It was just slowly dripping off the table and we tried to stop it with whatever napkins we had. The bus boy asked us if we needed anything often. He immediately brought us new water and was finally the one who asked us if we would like a dessert menu. after having finished our meal and not having seen our waiter I think Fernando was his name. We decreased our tip for our server because we saw him 3 times total!!! Food was good. Highly recommend the fried chicken and beignets.
The food was awful! I ordered the spicy buffalo sandwhich. More coleslaw than chicken. The waiter rec the fries...OMG! They were TERRIBLE!
The waiter was nice, and I didnt want to complain becsuse it was myBday gift, and I didnt want my BFF to think I didnt appreciate it. She also bought tickets to GOODMAN theater. THANK GOD the Play was worth it.
We were given a lovely window seat. Service gracious. Prices very reasonable. Spilled Tea terrific but Brussels sprouts way too much mustard—vinegary. Told our waiter but not certain the message got to the chef.
We were pretty underwhelmed by the food here. Considering we spent the same amount the next night at a very night restaurant, this wasn't worth the money to me. The service however was fantastic. Our server was sweet, and we were checked on by a few other manager types as well. We had a nice cosy booth, which was also nice. But the food was lacking taste, and the filet, which was the special that night was overcooked and dry. Too bad.
Great meal outdoors! Smoked vanilla ice cream was a first for us.
