Yummy! Quality food, great service. Try the Fried Chicken for sure. Also the ice cream is delux.
Fantastic dining experience. Took my girlfriend out for a nice dinner before an orchestra concert. The place is definitely on the expensive side, especially considering that we’re both students. But the price was well worth the experience we got — our server was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Atmosphere felt up-scale but not pretentious. The food was excellent; there was plenty of food but not too much where we felt super stuffed by the end. We liked the pacing of the dinner; there was plenty of time for conversation before our food came out, and we ended up staying for around 2ish hours.
Wonderful time overall. We’ll definitely be coming back for a special occasion.
The service and the food were awesome. We will definitely be back
Beautiful restaurant, great food, outstanding service...Really sorry that we didn't have enough time to repeat. Coming back !!!
Actually ate here twice in two successive nights. Excellent food and service (thanks Andrew) with good advice from our waiter. Noise level a touch high and q little less would be good but the food and service make it a worthwhile visit.
We love The Dearborn! Great service, fantastic and creative cocktails, and the food was perfectly prepared. Best dish was the Octopus starter! We will be back for sure.
The best burger in Chicago! Impressive wine list. Incredibly delicious Brussels sprouts. Garden fresh salads. This is a go to place for brunch, lunch or dinner. Service is as outstanding as the food. Can’t wait to go back again!
The food, staff and ambiance is ideal for business lunches.
The food was good, and our waiter was terrific, and so was the bus staff.
Server was very attentive to our 7:30 show time, waited on us for cocktails promptly after being seated, made excellent recommendations for entree and wine. Everything was excellent from start to finish. Not an inexpensive place, but well worth it and perfect if going to one of the local theatres.
From the time that I walked into the restaurant to the time that I left the experience that I had was outstanding. The waiter, Named Colonel, was the best waiter that I’ve ever come across. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely be back
nice booth section, quiet and intimate- we enjoyed the food, ambience and evening
Was there on Mother's Day and for my daughters graduation. The staff was outstanding from the GM to the waiter to the bus boy. Friendly, well coordinated service. Would definitely return.
Enjoyed our brunch at The Dearborn on Mother’s Day. Our service with Kernel was great and the food was good. Small band was playing that set a really good ambiance.
Mother’s Day brunch was amazing. They even had live music. Loud enough to hear but soft enough to have a conversation. I can’t wait to go back
Brunch was awesome. Everything about this place is wonderful. Food, service, drink, atmosphere and decor.
Great Service. Our server was very friendly, attentive, and had great recommendations. Our Mother's Day brunch was perfect. Food was delicious and live music was very nice.
Went for Mother’s Day brunch and had a great time. The food was great. My wife had the vegetable quiche, my daughter had the poutine, and I had one of the chef’s specials for the day, the egg basket. Our waiter was friendly and informative about the menu and contributed to our great experience. We ended with dessert and both my wife and daughter were presented with roses for Mother’s Day.
First time dining at The Dearborn and was very pleased. Meet friends for dinner and the choice variety although somewhat limited every meal was DELISH......... Drinks were exceptional and the vibe of the restaurant was very pleasing.....Mac/cheese AMAZING.... Burger AMAZING..... Farmhouse Salad A MUST....will definitely dine at The Dearborn again.
Still one of my very favorite places to dine in the Loop. Service and quality of food continue to be high.
Excellent Service. Food was awesome! Great food for a "Tavern". Definitely go again.
Service was very slow. Quick to be seated with a reservation but everything subsequent was slow. Took a while to take our drink orders and then actually receive the drinks. Then took some more time to get our food orders taken. We had to order another drink with our food order because it would have taken too long.
Excellent service and food make this place one of the top in Chicago.
We went here for lunch and Becky took very good care of us. In fact we were convinced to come back that night for dinner, which was even more spectacular. And overall wonderful experience.
My friend and I had a great experience. I will come often.
Great dinner! The food and service were fantastic. A must "do" for my next trip to Chicago!
Just ok. Service was slow and Reuben was just OK. The ambiance was very nice but should have gone to subway.
Always a great experience. Staff is very polite and accommodating. The farm salad with fresh ingredients of the day is delicious every time!
Nice to have a booth toward the back
I ordered the Cubano & I disliked it VERY much! They allowed me to switch to the grilled cheese with pear & honeycomb. That was ok but not great. I don't think I'll go back. Server was very nice!
I always enjoy my meal. I invite friends all the time. They appreciate meeting me there.
We enjoyed our meal and the people watching from our table
Delicious food and good ambiance. Will go back!
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I have been a regular to this place since I moved to Chicago last year, and EVERY TIME I went, customer services were ON POINT. They are very entertaining, friendly, respectful, efficient, and flexible. If you go there for a date or special occasions, THEY GOT YOU. Foods are absolutely delicious. The best part is that they have options for both health-conscious vegetarian ish to hardcore meal eaters!! JUST AMAZING.
Have eaten here before, usually pre-theatre. I like it because the hours are good (11 am to 12 am on a Friday). This time we dived into the duck confit, and tried the adobe shrimp tacos and "meze" plate. The meze plate is a collection of Mediterranean munchies, served with a stack of delicious hot pita - includes Dearborn's delicious take on stuffed grape leaves, hummus, eggplant dip, fatouche salad, and tabboleh. Just to give you an idea - the tacos were stuffed with avocado, queso fresco, and juicy, savory, shrimp. The duck confit is simply to die for - it's difficult to describe. Dearborn takes care to preserve the essence of the ingredients, with an aim to please your palate, yet the presentation is casual. And considering these were all on the appetizer menu, the portions were generous. The atmosphere is fun, and on the balmy night, the doors were flung into windows and let in the breeze and street scene.
Great service. Great food. Would highly recommend it.
This was our first time here. All 4 of us ordered something different and we all loved our meals. This was probably the best tiramisu I've had - it was creamy instead of cakey. We'll definitely be back.
Delicious and interesting food, excellent service, fun drinks
The service is always second to none! Servers are always very well informed regarding the menu items and describing the specials for the day.
I bring clients in every week and I have never had a bad experience.
Congrats to the fantastic Women/Sister business owners!
The food was okay but overrated and not worth the price.
