   Our second time to experience dinner here and it doesn't disappoint. Our server Nalani was very friendly and attentive. The food was cooked to our liking and delicious. Definitely will be back!

   My 89 year old aunt loved loved loved it for her and I too was so impressed from the lit up menus and dim classy ambiance indoor seating to the food and flavors pulley octopus leg to lamb and porterhouse and dessert hanks for making it extra special

   Service is not as good as before. Waited almost an hour before we got our prime rib that was reserved upon booking. Upon questioning the server about our food she loudly said the large party preordered their food even though they came after us and made all of them look at me. She did not apologize but just said the food was coming soon. We go there somewhat often and our food has never taken that long.. I found out there’s 20% auto tip even though we weren’t provided with good service. The other server/bartender saw us later and remembered us and greeted us warmly but not our server. Food is still good and location is convenient for us but not gonna go back especially after the owner didn’t accept much responsibility and seemed unapologetic when I posted something on instagram. He feels like it’s slander and wrote 3-4 paragraphs and basically doesn’t care if we don’t return to his restaurant. He said they timed the entrees after the apps and admitted it took 45 minutes since the apps we ordered that they dropped were entrees for one of our people in the group. He said the order was placed 37 since seating, we ordered before that and can’t and don’t know when the server punches it in. So we all sat there hungry and watching my friend eat. She felt bad and had us try a piece of her tako while we were waiting. Told the owner that if the server paid more attention even though she may have missed it during the order that she would have seen it was her entree and not apps to share. Overall, if service wasn’t up to par and the if customer doesn’t feel happy about it but if you have 5+ people, it doesn’t matter because they tack it on anyways. He basically told us on IG to do take out if we don’t wanna tip! We don’t have an issue tipping 20%+ if service is good. And god forbid if you post anything on instagram because he said it’s public slander, lol! And scratch all the other 4-5 star reviews I previously gave this place after this experience!

   Sat on the hightops on a friday night. Service was good and attentive. Slight hiccup on the timing with the entrees / sides. Everything came out same time, except the lobster tail was behind a few minutes. Price a little higher than expected, dinner for 2 ended up being on par with fine dining steakhouses. But quality of food and service was very good. Would repeat, but more of a bday or anniversary celebration place, not a weekly date night place.

   Food & service were great! Appetizers we enjoyed: oysters, clams, pulehu take, Duck Fat Fries. Yummy… Entrees: Seafood pasta, garlic shrimp, ribeye steak, salmon plus truffle mashed potatoes, Brussels sprouts & mushroom medley…all cooked/grilled perfectly. Dessert fav: Muskie. Our server was attentive…an overall good experience. Would eat @ the cutlery again!

   Our party was 10 with kids, the restaurant was extremely gracious. Food was excellent, flavors were on point! Service was excellent as well, wouldn’t go to any other steakhouse on the island.

   Food was delicious. Get the prime rib, porterhouse and chicken! Duck fat fries was also tasty!

    This time when we dined in we thought the food was rather oily and rich. They didn’t do anything special for my husband’s birthday. The service was ok until they got busy and only one server seemed to be working the whole outside seating.
