   Good was excellent and great value. Service was good. Very efficient and landlord recommended food which was a great choice. Live DJ with fab music. Made a great fun evening. Lots of locals who were all very friendly. We enjoyed our overall experience we have booked to go back. Highly recommended.

   Tried here at the last minute when tying to get a Sunday roast and everywhere else was fully booked. The outside of the pub isn’t very appealing or inviting and I probably wouldn’t have gone in if I hadn’t read some good reviews beforehand. Once inside though, the staff were friendly and accommodating. We were in a hurry as it was Halloween and the children wanted to go out trick or treating, so we only had a main course, but it was a great roast beef with Yorkshire pudding, parsnips etc. Nice big portion, well presented and delicious. They had also made a great effort with the Halloween decorations and gave out sweets to the children too. Would definitely return.

   Good value food, was nice to have a choice of veggie items on the menu. Wine was delicious! Our waiter was very friendly and eager to please, so very refreshing. The decor is lovely with all the lights and different areas to sit, even had a little heater above each table on the wall which you can turn on and off yourself as needed.

   Greeted immediately by a lovely lady called Olivia who showed us to our table. Took our drinks order then left us for a few minutes to allow us to look at menu. We all had Roast dinners. Food and service was excellent then the manager popped over to say hello Will definitely be back Great atmosphere in a local pub. Great outside space as well

    Nice pub with a spacious separate dining area and big outdoor area. The staff were really friendly and good food for a reasonable price. Would go again if in the area.
