First time here. Food was very fresh and excellent. Prices are average for a seafood steakhouse. We had the mango and beet salad which was said to be an entree salad. Also the large portion of sea bass. We explained to the server we wanted to share both. At that point we were told it was a 5.00 share charge which I thought was ok but then she said it was on both items. No where did a share charge appear on the menu. I understand charges but technically we got two entrees and shared them. We paid for them to serve on two plates which we didn’t really need them to do. Also we were seated during happy hour which was 50% off beer and wine but that wasn’t offered or given and unfortunately we didn’t see the sign until we left. The food was very good but if we go back we will be better educated.

Beautiful restaurant with a great menu. This is the second time we have visited, the first time being the week they opened. Service then was slow but I attributed that to startup issues. Service was also slow and spotty this visit, with a mostly empty restaurant. They offered us complimentary dessert to make up for the delay which was nice and appreciated gesture. The food was very good. I hope they can get their act together because The Crane is a beautiful restaurant in a great location with very good food.

The only aspect we’d like to see improved is for there to be some noise abatement acoustics. It’s difficult to have a convo and it wasn’t packed last night.

Great service. Beautifully presented food. What a disappointment that I couldn’t hear the person speaking next to me because of the noise level. They need to install acoustic panels in their ceiling.

First time at The Crane and every course was fantastic. Appetizers were amazing (especially the mussels) and all of our steaks were cooked to perfection. Service was also impeccable. This is our new favorite restaurant!

Great experience! Food and service were amazing. Extra pricing for little things was a little annoying so be aware of asking for anything extra. Otherwise, a very good experience!

After a month in the area, this was our first winner. Except for having a very loud atmosphere, it was a treat. The sea bass was not only reasonably priced but one of the best we have ever had. Going again this week but this time I hope to eat outside to avoid the din inside. Seafood dumplings were good but didn't taste much like seafood.

Service was welcoming and knowledgeable about the menu. Food was very good- sea bass and risotto was delicious, steaks were delicious but on the rarer side.

Had such a good dinner! The seafood tower and Chilean sea bass were delicious- will definitely get again! Mango beet salad was beautiful. Tried the steak tasting and it was good, too. Cocktails also amazing! Will definitely return - can’t wait to try more menu items.
