Service the main problem, restaurant wasn’t busy at all yet it took ages to place my order, then to pay the bill. When I told the waiter that I had a reservation (through OpenTable) he said it wasn’t for that restaurant as it is simply called ‘Holiday Inn restaurant’ and that he’d never heard of ‘The Courtyard’. Bizarre!
