   The music from the birthday function upstairs was way too loud. This is not fair for the patrons downstairs in the restaurant bar. I felt like I was in a nightclub. I understand you need the functions to make the money, however, consideration should be made to other guests staying or visiting. The music was too loud. I have been going to the bar since 1999, I will not be returning after last Saturday night.

   A majority of the cocktails were not available and none of the staff knew of my reservation

   The bar is a wonderful venue and the menus is spot on. All staff need to know the Bonvoy procedures and anticipate guest needs. We needed to go to the bar to order and would have liked our table cleared in the process.

   Very ordinary. Expensive and the service was terrible. The are we were sat in had a smell of damp or sewerage. Will not visit again

   Fantastic venue, great staff, lovely food and if you can get the high table at the window then you'll have stunning views of Hyde Park.
