Welcome to The Collins!
We are a new restaurant in the Old Market family, we opened in February 2020, with Executive Chef Wyatt Kosalka & General Manager Sam Howell.
Our food & cocktail menu is always changing according to seasons. We are very much about family & being a team, everyone that is part of our 'family' takes part in what makes our restaurant unique from every other restaurant. We take pride in making sure that every voice is heard & every opinion is considered, we collaborate together, we work together, we succeed together. We look forward to welcoming you into our home to experience this atmosphere yourself.

Slow/understaffed bar (first plates beat the drinks to the table by several minutes). Cocktail was basically straight vodka and desperately needed more citrus. Food was good and our server Tyler was fabulous, but other staff didn’t seem to know table #s and set our dinner down at the table next to us. Might go back but not dying to...

They were constantly bringing out food and didn’t know where the food went. Our waiter was also the bartender. They are apparently busy from our last visit, but just need more staff.

If I could give it 3.5 I would, uninspiring is the word, the service was perfect and it’s a nice enough place, but nothing jumps out and grabs you to come running back for another visit. As far as the food, same thing, same stuff other places serve nowadays and to us that’s boring, but the food was prepared and served on par, just nothing special. For example, would I take a date there for a special occasion meal, no. Overall, once for us was enough for now.

Had the Steak Frittes and it was excellent. Large portion, perfectly cooked and the fries were delicious. Server and bar tender were attentive but not smothering. Looking forward to going back.

This place is a must try! Besides great atmosphere, patio, seating and delicious food, the friendly service was 110%. I can’t wait to go back. Our server Sam was great! She has so much passion for what she does and who she does it for!
