Great food and staff for a classic Sunday roast. Dining room is upstairs from the pub.

This visit was much better than the last time we dined there. Staff were much more across things ,this may have been helped by it not being so busy. The food was stunning. The new addition of the lamb chop with soft herby dumplings was great and i would order that again. My colleague ebjoyed the haddock with chips and mushy peas. Worth a visit.

An excellent venue for first class food at reasonable London prices. Very good charming and relaxed service. Comfortable seating and very good menu choices for all with some excellent dishes and best puds ! Beware it can be noisy with the occasional large tables creating rather din but otherwise a lovely venue for a great meal at sensible prices.

Food got cold very quickly, devilled eggs very poorly flavoured no discernible mustard.
