   Professional, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Variety of tasting options and delicious food to pair with tasting. Non-alcoholic cocktail was also available.

   It is a fantastic lounge. A beautiful view of the skating rink, and a nicely appointed room. The servers are amazing, and the value is fantastic. Other than Wayne Gretzky being a Trump fan, we had an amazing time. 😂

   Had a great experience. The selection of wines and spirits to sample was amazing. Food was great too!

   Spoke with Manager Daliah as it wasnt the same experience as it usual is. She apologized and let us try the new Vanilla Bean whiskey cream.. which was delicious. I appreciate her bringing it to our table. I even bought a bottle before i left. Just want each visit to be on the same level as others with the customer service and interaction

   We were initially excited for our tasting. However, we were NOT greated, then thrown in a corner with no view when there were other tables , and no others showed up anytime after us. We waited a good ten minutes for anyone to visit us , while the servers chatted and were on their phones. Once served, we received a mediocre tasting and explanation of wines, which s why we did not purchase. We needed to ask to be seated at a different table.
