This restaurant has no concept of customer service. (1) The restaurants website allowed us to order items that the restaurant never offers. Mahi Tacos. Maybe items like this should be removed? (2) When we called to discuss the order left us on hold for more than 18 minutes. Unacceptable. No restaurant is so busy that this is ever acceptable. (3) Offered no reasonable solutions or suggestions in how to correct their problem. (4) Once being told we would be given a refund for our cancelled order we have yet to receive the promised credit by management and corporate. As of today it has been more than 18 days since being promised this credit. (5) No real corporate phone number or person you can speak with should you have an issue with a corporate location when the management of the location doesn't do what it says it is going to do. So Corporate oversight or accountability for their Cheesecake Factory locations is nonexistent. Based on how we were treated, promises that were made and broken and lies that we have been told, we would never use this restaurant chain again and would not suggest it to anyone.
