Beautiful dining experience, this our second visit and it was wonderful. Sara our server was so helpful and attentive, food was great. I had the chefs cut steak, hubby had salmon, friends had pork and chateau steak… Highly recommend for special dinner.

Excellent ambience, Noice was somewhat hi, however, the quality of the food and attention was superb I will suggest decreasing the cost of the wine by 20%. Experience was excellent.

We have been to this restaurant quite a few times in past. We brought friends thinking it would be a great experience and it wasn’t. Brought my French onion soup to another table, the shrimp were dry and uncooked. My husband ordered a glass of wine took a half hour to come. The check was supposed to be separate but our waitress put everything together and the check had to be redone more than once. I don’t know what’s happening to this restaurant but we were very disappointed. We don’t know if we will return. 😔

Hello Lisa, I cant express enough how disappointed I was to hear about your experience, for this please accept my sincerely apologies. It is not the experience we strive for, by any means. I have spoken to my staff in great detail about this incident as this does not meet the training anyone has received! My manager Tony who happened to be off that night, called and spoke to a gentleman at the number listed on the reservation. Absolutely terrible service. Waitress was pleasant but took 1 hour to bring our seafood tower! And that’s after complaining to the mngr. Very disappointed in the quality as well frankly… u would think they would comp water! Or offer a drink or something for the long wait! Nope… overall a terrible experience. Place itself looks nice and the bar is descent as well. Too bad the food and service are on par with the $ charged.

The service was great, food was good. The risotto was well made. The wine serving was generous. The creme brulee was good. It was a little loud and the dress attire was "casual elegant". The majority of the men were wearing shorts. We felt overdressed.

Lovely restaurant. Starters were amazing, the mains were not up to par. Chicken dish was over cooked, lobster tail was over cooked and tough. Mushroom ravioli was delicious added shrimp and really made the dish. Had a berry mascarpone cake which was excellent. Cockatiels were delicious! Overall we recommend the restaurant

We had a large group, we heard the chef telling the waiter that food was forgotten. We had a raw burger. We had a greasy pancake. A “croque mousier” which was Turkey on white bread. Soggy Belgium waffles. Overall it was not a great experience and for the price it was even more disappointing.

The food is good but the service is inconsistent. We live locally and have been here many times, and were in with out of town family to celebrate birthday. We ordered multiple appetizers, cocktails, bottles of wine for the table and entrees for a party of 8, with 6:30 reservations. We ordered our main entrees around 7 and they did not come out till after 8:30. We didn’t complain, and we’re enjoying the ambience and the company, but were certainly wondering what was taking so long. The manager proactively came to the table to apologize, and in the end gave us 2 desserts on the house, which was nice, but I was disappointed that this was all they offered after having a bill that was nearing $1,000. There are other options on the island with more consistency if you are looking for a nice evening out to celebrate an occasion.

We enjoyed dinner here on our last night at AMI. It was a last minute reservation for 7ppl and they accommodated our party with great service and delicious food! The dessert menu was also fabulous! A must try the next time you are visiting!

Our bartender, where we sat and ate, was phenomenal. She was helpful, kind and super courteous. We ordered the soup, salad and seafood tower, which were well prepared and delivered. The problem… because of where we sat, we were privy to all the woes and complaints of the waitstaff. All acceptable in a run of the mill establishment, not really appropriate in up scale dining.

My guest and I were served by Eric who made some excellent recommendations. We savored every bite of our charcuterie and cheese board appetizer. I had the Truffled Mushroom Ravioli and my dinner companion had the Chateaubriand. I was more than satisfied as usual however as a proficient cook, my companion isn't easy to impress. Well...she was VERY impressed and savored every bite. Key Lime Pie was the dessert of choice. Again...surpassed expectations. The Chateau is my go-to place to take my visiting friends and relatives.
