Part cooking class and part leisure time, Chef Tony Adams will welcome your group of 4-10 guests and spend 30 minutes teaching your group about shucking and grilling oysters in your own private cabanas set on the historic Golden Gate National Park Parade Ground at Fort Baker. After that, enjoy your cabana & oysters at your own pace for another 2.5 Hours, the timeless view and great oysters keeping you and your party company.
Wine & Beverage selection available a la carte from our award-winning wine cellar selection and talented beverage team.

The Cavallo Oyster Experience starts at $750.00 for a group of 4 guests (Additional guests $150.00 ea. up to 10 guests total per cabana). A 20% gratuity will be added to your check. For parties smaller than 4 and larger than 10, please email cookingschool@cavallopoint.com.

A credit card is required to hold your reservation. You may cancel your reservation 96 Hours in advance without incurring a cancellation fee of $100 per guest.

    Delicious, fun, informative, entertaining, beautiful. What a way to spend an afternoon! Chef Tony never fails to both entertain and enlighten. I could for my first time actually shuck oysters! We had them raw and grilled and really enjoyed trying all the different yum sauces. The setup is also legit - outside on the beautiful grounds of cavallo looking out at the bay and toward the city. Do yourself a favor and book this event.
