I had Filet Mignon which was delicious and cooked to perfection!! Bleu is my favorite restaurant at the Cardinal!!!

I ordered file mignon medium rare and it was perfect. My potstoes were dry but everything else was very good. Bleu is my favorite place to eat at the Cardinal. Also service was good!!

1. The hostess left us waiting for over 5 minutes after confirming our reservation. She served water to several tables before coming back totake us to our table. Then she wanted to seat us on chairs that were dirty due to food spilled by previous diners. 2. The requested main menu item was discovered unavailable after many minutes. 3. The waitress charged $10 for a small 1-glass size bottle of procietto while it was priced at $4. 4. Overall experience was incredibly poor, especially considering the price we are pre-paying for dinner.

I always enjoy eating at the Bleu Restaurant. Serving was excellent amd I always enjoy the beautiful flowers on the tables. Tonight I ordered a cheeseburger without the bun and it was delicious!
