Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Dined at Capital Grille for a birthday and Rita never disappoints. The food is always good but the service is on another level. Our server, Rita, made the dinner extra special and I would highly recommend her and this restaurant for special occasions.

    we went for lunch on Monday, Place was 90% empty. Steak sandwhich was good but lots of grissle. French onion soup and dessert were excellent. I would say dinner is a better all around situation.

    The waiter was attentive and professional. We split and salad, steak and two sides and he didn’t seem annoyed. Only issue was steak could have been more seasoned . Had to add salt and pepper n ask for some Auju for more flavor was tender and cooked to our desired temperature

    As always, everything was excellent! The service and food were outstanding. We had a larger group and were pleasantly surprised to be seated in a private room. Veronica was incredibly friendly and took wonderful care of us

    This was our first time here after a referral from a friend. We were celebrating our anniversary which the staff made very special for us. They went above and beyond to make it a very enjoyable evening.

    Fabulous staff. Victoria the bartender and Paige our waitress were outstanding. Best Seabass, I've ever had.

    Our server Michelle was very helpful and attentive all night. Thanks to her recommendation I tried the ahi tuna entree. It was excellent. She also made great recommendations for our wines
